The friendly staff.

First night, I heard constant “shortage” noises coming from the fixture which was clearly a major electrical issue that was unable to be resolved. The end up turning off all of the fixture connections in the room. Never was granted new room as promised.

Rooms smelled awful. Multiple other guests complained of this with a solution from the front desk that they should spray air freshener. Filthy carpets. Broken furniture. Toilet seats lifts up and moves when used. Wall panel fell off between the beds.

The location is fantastic and the staff was very friendly and helpful when encountered.

The room was dated and did not match the decor or feel of the reception area. The beds weren?t well made and the covers, while clean, were dingy. The blind did not work so we had to manually lift it for daylight. And there was no place to hang clothes.

Room was not cleaned during my entire stay (7/13/23 - 7/16/23). Received towels & water downstairs, but no bath cloths. Called housekeeping several times, no answer.

The hotel staff was on point. The lady in the kitchen, although working alone, was a jewel.

The room smelled like smoke. Housekeeping thought it was the air conditioner. She came in a sprayed Lysol. The smell was masked for a short while, but soon returned. It made for a restless night.

The entrance to this hotel is beautiful. It was clean and modern. The staff were very nice. We really enjoyed the $10 breakfast with made to order omelets, fresh fruit, breakfast potatoes, pancakes. Everything was good including the varieties of beverages

Housekeeping came around 9 am. We like to sleep in late when we're on vacation. We couldn't find a do not disturb sign to put on the door.

We have stayed here before and had a great experience but this time I was up all night because there was a loud noise right outside.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The decor of the hotel was nice.

The walls are very thin so you could hear people walking up and down the halls and in the next room.

The room was basically clean, the location was great and felt safe for a single female traveler. The front staff were polite, but not overly accommodating.

The blinds on the first floor room did not work. It took a long time after a long drive to solve the problem which could have been remedied quickly by just moving me after I initially called out the issue. Maintenance mentioned they knew about the issue.

Only one desk clerk dealing with an arguing customer whose reservation had been lost.This kept us and other customers in line to check in waiting for over 30 minutes followed by random chatting for 10 min with next customer. Exhausting!

Walls are thin you can hear people moving and walking all the time had to get front desk involved a couple of times to try and get it quiet That's why I gave the low rating new hotel poorly constructed.

The rooms around were noisy however the first time was a little quiet and the surprised additional fee taken for the room in which they claim will be refunded was not disclosed

Room was very clean. Girl who checked me in was very polite and helpful. Made me feel welcome there. location is convenient. Lots of stuff right there but still quiet.

Food was horrible and for the expensive prices u expect it to be exceptional but it was bad.

The room had the distinct smell of disinfectant and feet. And the feet smell was very STRONG!
