Clean good location if you¿re visiting Memphis and don¿t mind driving. This is a better stay and cheaper taxes and fees compared to Memphis.

They were very accommodating to our large group that stayed over the weekend.

The landline phone was not working in our room and there was a random sock in the closet that was not ours so I'm not sure how well the room was cleaned before we checked in.

The breakfast was very good.

The ac was not very good and my room had an mildew smell.

Room was very nice and clean.

We checked in late after long day of travel. Our room was right off the lobby. The. Around 1:30am we heard yelling and screaming. Couldn¿t sleep so decided to leave. No one was at desk. Waited 30 minutes.

The breakfast was good. And room temperature was ok.

The hotel wasn¿t clean at all. The sheets were messy and weren¿t changed¿ all wrinkled up. The flour was sticky and the room smelled bad¿

Staff was helpful and friendly.Liked cable channels and wifi was on point.Nice spacious rooms.

Could have cleaned room better dusty top of refrigerator and t.v also the pancake machine did not work while I was there.

Service needs to be better. Cleaning rooms. Needing extra towels But the staff was very nice. Apologetic.

Room service came in when we were out and dropped our toothbrushes in the trash.

We are in the middle of a pandemic and the first hand sanitizer station I went to did not work.(elevator)

Water was hot in the sink and shower. Breakfast was decent as well.

The door into the room was ¿stuck¿ in that you had to push really hard to get in, or use key card three more times to gain access.

It was a fairly new Holiday Inn Express and the cleanness was great

No room service after staying there for 3 days

The staff was great and the maintenance guys were fantastic. They realized our room had a major ant issue and got us moved to another room. Everyone was very accommodating and concerned. Location was easy to find, easy to enter and exit and safe.

Major ant issue but it was addressed swiftly.

The breakfast was great , I like the way they handle the serving of the food , great job, I will give a 10 on that department.

They did not explain to us, that the hotel only clean your room if you are staying over 4 nights, we went out all day only to find the room not clean, I went to and ask for towels but there was none,5/10 due to lack of communication from the front desk.

Disability parking was adequate. The entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights was outstanding.

The extra resort fees of $ 174.00 (plus) for my 7 day stay was outlandish. All restaurants were closed and room service was not available. This fee should be suspended, due to the coronavirus. My daughter said, the elevators were not clean or sanitized.

The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable.

The TV did not work for a few days while we were there.

The room was not adequately clean; there were kid’s toys in the window sill, pennies on the A/C unit, beds were missing a top sheet, and when we wiped the room the cloth was dirty after. On top of all of that, someone tried to enter our room at midnigh

Under construction, TV cable is poor, refrigerator in room did not work well, AC thermostat in room was impossible to control, loud with construction workers slamming doors early in the morning and up late at night, guest and staff smoking at the front do

Chemical cleaning smell in hallways. Awful. Carpet should have been replaced a year ago or at least in the 70's. I think that is when that style of carpet went out
