Pros +
- The hotel staff and room were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was wonderful and beautifully served. It was a very enjoyable stay.
- The 200+ year history of it as slave quarters + the wonderful couple who own it. Beautiful restoration has antique furnishings in the restored rooms, yet there are still authentic parts that attest to its age. Do-it-yourself breakfast on the porch great!
- Very historic. Owners were so friendly and informative.
Cons -
- The stairs were a challenge for my knees, but I didn't even mind that so much because everything else was great.
- It was a bit difficult to find as we were expecting a hotel, not a B&B. Stairs only if one has difficulty climbing.
