The staff is very welcoming and professional.

The rooms are poorly maintained for example the first room had a leaking bathroom sink faucet which was an extreme health hazard due to the water collecting on the tile. The second room the air conditioner didn't work.

The staff was nice and friendly.

The room smelled moldy. The room could use some extra cleaning. The carpet looks like it needs replacement, rust in the bathroom, painting needed, the air condition was loud, fire alarm light blinked all night, and noise level was high past 11:00 pm.

The bathroom in our room needed cleaned, commode stained, floor not clean.

The toilet and tub wasn't clean, toilet near the floor. Spoke to staff about my award points never received it. Staff wasn't friendly, the air wouldn't work when mentioned to staff nothing done about it. The breakfast was poor.

The dust inside the room, inside toilet wasn't clean. The staff wouldn't add my rewards points.

I enjoyed the stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and the breakfast was awesome.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Only problem we had was the ice bucket did not have a lid and the desk clerk tried to find one but could not, it was late.

When my mother and I arrived she noticed there was make-up on her sheets. We were told that we could change rooms because there was no one to change the sheets. We had just drove in and we were tired and hungry and it was 8pm. I changed the sheets myself

The staff was very courteous and professional. The hotel location is optimal. It is adjacent to the visitor center.

The pandemic breakfast was very trimmed down.

I enjoyed everything from the friendly staff to the view from the 4th floor overlooking the river.

Had to move because there was no hot water in our sink... Move was prompt and efficient...

They promise you free wifi it didn't exist until next morning just before we checked out . Not good enough in these wifi necessary days.
