For example, the grits not everyone eats cheese and the other things in their grits. You should have things off to the side for people to add. The pancake machine is terrible. Rooms are bad. Doors jam, things falling off the wall, hair everywhere

It's always clean, a friendly atmosphere, and the breakfast is amazing!!!

Only one elevator was working this trip.

The hotel was quite dated and could use some deep cleaning. Otherwise, it was good.

We paid for a river view room but we couldn't see the river. The room was also dirty. Had peoples hair in the sheets and overall could have been a lot better. Don't plan on returning.

The breakfast staff attending the food were very sweet and helpful

Everything besides staff was terrible. Sink was clogged, tub was clogged, room was outdated, the whole place was sketchy, it mentions casino in name but no casino within walking distance. The parking lot had no parking spots. There was no where to park

Everything was great except the large open gap at the bottom of all of the adjoining doors allowed for privacy to be invaded. It allows someone to listen to your conversation or look into your room. It sounds like your neighbors are right in your room!

Woman at the desk was on the border of being rude! She, certainly, was not helpful or knowledgeable! Pool was not open! We had an end room. The internet constantly would shut down.

This hotel is easily accessible. Check in and check out were very easy. Ice and drink machines on every floor. Nice atmosphere. Every single staff member was professional and friendly.

Everything was great about this hotel except the loud doors. We heard slamming doors all night.

It was very clean and friendly staff. They would take you to the casino or wherever you wanted to go but I wanted to drive myself. No close restaurants nearby to walk too.

The bar was only open on Friday and Saturday night. No maid service, had to ask for clean towels and wash cloths. Only one bar of soap to wash hands and use it in the shower.

can't remember the front desk clerk name on the late shift.  Anywho he was absolutely wonderful. There was a guest room mixup and he resolved it with patience and great customer service. He was professional and kind to me

Everything was awesome, great customer service goes a long way. Kudos to the front desk clerk for his professionalism. I remember him from my last stay and he remembered me as well.

Breakfast surprisingly good. The desk clerk was extremely nice and informative. The shuttle driver was very responsive and very nice. The breakfast server was very outgoing and helpful.

Incredibly friendly staff. Pet friendly. Comfy, charming rooms.

Continental breakfast

Did not like the customer service from front desk clerk. I asked for towels to take a shower and she gave me the towels to put on the bathroom floor. And told my wife that they didn¿t have any complimentary toothpaste or toothbrush. Not acceptable

The staff was absolutely incredible. Very welcoming and friendly, not to mention how informative they were.

It might be more of a personal matter, but I felt like one of the elevators could use a tune up. There was a mechanical, grinding sound coming from the one on the right.

Everything in the room except for the flooring was OLD! The bed wasn¿t comfortable. There were no carts readily an available to carry up the luggage to the room. This hotel should NOT be a 3 1/2 star hotel!

The breakfast and the breakfast lady were great! The rooms are big and clean. Some people might say the furniture is older and has a few love licks! But it just adds to the older style hotel.
