This the first time the hot water never got hot and there was no table to eat at. I also think there should be an bench to set all your luggage on.

Free Breakfast and supper, king size bed, good price, fridge and microwave in the room, the room itself was roomy..

There was no chair or place to sit in the room except the bed. Room temperature was hard to regulate, bathtub and toilet room was a tight squeeze.

The room was old and outdated. Pictures online are not current. Need obvious repairs. Room is overpriced grossly

Main entry light was about as bright as a night light One in the bathroom about the same Coffee bar had no cups so went to office for some coffee and cups

Beds were clean and comfortable.

Booked a king but was down graded to 2 twin beds because we had a dog.

My stay was horrible.

My stay was horrible. I booked a king size bed on the first floor because Im 7 months pregnant. I was given a twin/queen on the second floor. The rom wasnt too clean either.

Super friendly staff, serve breakfast and dinner.

The rooms need remodeling. We were in 208 and I had a small roach in the bathroom that I killed. Its definitely dated and needs remodeling.

The hotel is in a decent area.

The tub was dirty and the paint in the inside of the tub was peeling. Also, the carpet appeared to be unclean.

Comfortable beds.

Second floor outdoor rooms for seniors to drag luggage up stairs.

The friendly staff. The desk clerk called me after I checked in to make sure the room was okay then greeted me by name at breakfast. The accessible room. The complimentary supper and hot breakfast.

It was very disappointing the picture was very deceiving I will never stay there again in my life it was horrible very disappointing I had to clean the room to make it smell good it was disgusting

Every thing about it was trash I thought it was a motel where they do drugs at

It was very noisy place was not clean coffee maker was broken. Did not get king bed like we requested.and I some kind of bug bites on my ankles from the room

I like the price and cleanliness.

I didnt like that tge bathtub was peeling. Also, I paid for 3 nights and stayed only 2, and wasnt refunded for the last night!

The staff was friendly the location was okay.

On the last night there was some rude neighbors that check in.We had to call the front desk twice about the loud noise and rude kids.I thought they would have put them out it was just that bad ¿¿¿¿¿¿

The price was reasonable and the location was convenient to shopping and dining facilities.

I paid for queen room, the bed was a double, not a queen. Staff was rude. On the day of checkout, housekeeping knocked on door, when I didn't answer, they opened door without announcing who they were when i was in the shower and my wife getting dressed.

Location, quiet enough for sleep, comfortable beds/pillows, refrigerator and microwave options, hot water, bathroom facilities worked, tile floors for pet stay. Breakfast choices were average, coffee was good. Front desk staff were courteous at check-in.

Holes in wall above beds, toilet bowl extremely stained, walls/ceiling were dirty in the bathroom, tile floors were dirty, luckily we travel with slippers. General maintenance needs were not met. Perhaps, the pet-friendly rooms are subject to neglect?

Door handle was not working completely. The bed was not comfortable. TV to small. Curtains did lose completely. Breakfast was not good.

The complimentary supper and breakfast was nice. The staff was very nice and the AC was awesome.

Overall, the hotel was extremely outdated. It seemed like the security was pretty lax, as the key pad on our room door looked like it wasn't secured properly and shook loose from the door when opening/closing.

Good average room. Clean and the bed was comfortable.

Too many outside lights. Our room felt like it was day time all night. I understand the need for security, but the lights are overkill.

The location was okay

We were notified at 250AM by the staff that a credit card (that wasn¿t ours) was attached to one of our room keys (we had both our keys). I¿ve sent a message to management and they are looking into it. I did not feel safe here.
