- Location on bluff above the Mississippi River with balcony views just beautiful. Built on 1850 they probably sat on the porch and watched Union Gunboats steaming up river to attack Vicksburg. I love the history and wish more had been offered. Nostalgia.

- LIsted as a bed and breakfast but has no food. Just coffee in morning and a voucher to go to another B&B across town. While getting to see the Monmouth Plantation for breakfast was a bonus I would prefer to have breakfast on site.
