Quality Inn Moss Point - Pascagoula

The room was clean and to my expectations.

The breakfast had molded oranges and not stocked as it should of been did not have a variety of things as I am used to seeing and the coffee was water downed during my last day leaving. I was still however satisfied with other services services.

It was available .. it wasn¿t as bad as ppl try to make it seem at all it¿s just a simple hotel for a last minute decision. No bugs , no trash .. everything was clean it just looks raggedy on the outside

No elevator

Nothing. It was awful!

Unhygienic & unsafe! Smelled of mildew, stains & holes all over the sheets, large stain on bedskirt that appeared to be semen, deadbolt on the door would not close, mold by the window,lights didn't work, and electrical outlet was lose in the wall. Awful!

T.V. didn't work, no phone in room. Lobby computer didn't work well

Did not like anything about this hotel.

The room was not clean at all. Roaches crawling everywhere. Had to lift up on the door in order for it to close. Bed had dirt in it. Air conditioner barley worked and was extremely loud while on. Front desk workers were rude. Very limited breakfast.

The staff was friendly and when I needed an extra few hours in my room in order to wait for money to hit my card so that I could pay for that night the manager  was friendly and allowed me to do so.

The cleaning manager was a bit rude.

floor in my room was a hard surface, not carpet, and the shower (tile) was nice. Bed was comfortable.

First, front desk staff was super not-friendly. Second, the furniture in the room was soooo crappy! Rusted, falling apart, 50 years old. The mirror was all rusted out too.

The location was great with easy access to the interstate as well as places to eat.

I stayed two nights and was able to interact with at least two desk clerks. Neither were very pleasant. The breakfast consisted of waffles and fruit. They were out of cereal.

I liked the color in the rooms and the price foe the night. The bed was made, the sheets were clean, the room had no smell and as far as j could tell all lights worked appropriately.

The fridge was broken, people at the front desk seem to have a hard time understanding English, the door had suspicious markings on the handle, humid, broken air conditioning in Mississippi heat, location was crowded. But you get what you pay form

I enjoyed the comfortable beds and the clean bathrooms.

This stay the hot water wasn't very hot but hopefully they fixed that.

The staff was very nice at check in.Housekeeping was very helpful.

The hotel was a little older it was clean. But it could use new carpet .

Staff was very friendly and timely. The refrigerator was amazing, this is the first time I've stayed and had one that actually had a working freezer function.

There were several lights/outlets in the room that didn't work.

It smelled horrible people up all night walking past your door through the night we smelling all outside loud talking

Terrible staff, 0 customer service, Roaches in the room, free breakfast is a brown bag with 2 snack cakes, nothing works properly, loitering is out of control, had to walk with my wife anytime she went outside because she did not feel safe. Terribly ran

Terrible staff, lied to about early check-in and was unknowingly charged full price because I checked in 3 and a half hours early after being told "it's no big deal I can check in it happens all the time". Roaches in the room. Terrible terrible experience

Although we asked for smoking room, it ranked of smoke. The smoke alarm beeped all night, TV would not turn off--both TV & smoke alarm were on when we got there--. There was writing on the bathroom door. Linens had cigarette burn holes.

Staff is VERY VERY tricky. Each employee running the front desk has their own rules and they will not be the same with the next person.
