Both receptionists were very friendly. It offered continental breakfast. Rooms were clean

Nice cold, clean rooms and breakfast was just right...nothing fancy, but a good meal to start the day. Also serving prior to 0600 was really nice as well.

Didn't like having the front drive-thru being partially blocked and then finding out the vehicles belonged to employees that were on the clock and working. There should be employee parking somewhere away from the front door.

The people were very nice.

Dirty corners in the bathroom and part of the carpet falling off the edges.

I've stayed here a year ago. It's nice when you travel a lot to go back to the same place.

The carpet is starting to look a little old. I think if the carpet was removed & laminate flooring put in the hotel when look cleaner.

Internet service was very bad. Streaming not supported on television. Cable/satellite service sub par. Poor laundry service. Satellite

The hotel is next to a truck stop and the trucks ran all night. It's convenient to the highway but too close. Couldn't get a final receipt because of some technical issues. Rooms really need updates ¿¿. Check in front desk agent not helpful

The hotel was old and not very clean. There was powder on the bathroom floor under the vanity/sink area- obviously it hadn¿t been mopped.

Everything was great. The young lady that checked me in was very pleasant. Loved the selections on your Continental breakfast. Would very much stay again

Clean, good breakfast, staff

Toliet was way to short, had to hold handle until bowl water almost gone or would not flush. Plugged on 3 sheets of toilet paper and had hard time to get plunger

The location is near the area where my husband's family lives, which is a good thing. The breakfast has always been excellent. My family has been using Comfort Inn for years. We actually were there for a funeral this past weekend.

This particular time the refrigerator made a lot of noice as if it was going out but it kept our water bottles very cold it just constantly mase noice that kept me from sleeping soundly. The carpet needed to be vaccumed. The toilet sits too low bad knees

Did not avail myself to amenities. I may have missed directional signs at I-10 Exit

location and the staff was great

They were shorton help so we requested clean towels and did not get them

The only thing was the service from front desk was good

The hotel room was a little outdated. Carpet was not clean. Tub was very rusted and not presentable. Toilet pressure was low and hard to flush.

Very nice continental breakfast, and the area for breakfast, lobby, waiting area and pool were all in very good shape

I think the room should have a chair other than the two at the desk. Those are not comfortable. Not something under the hotel's control, but the announcements from the Pilot station were annoying.

Friendly staff....front desk, breakfast host/cook and cleaning staff were all awesome!
