Cons -

It's was dated and dirty. Not worth thr money I had to pay. Hallways carpets were supposed to be light gray but they had 100s of stains so gross. The carpet in room was so dirty I couldn't walk around barefoot. Will not stay there again waste of money.
No I give it a 5 star all around.

The sweet hostess who helped with breakfast had an amazing attitude and hard-working vigor.

The elevator was right across from our room, and the chimes were loud enough to wake me.

The staff was very hospitable and professional. We love MS Ruth. She is an absolute sweetheart!

The construction, but I know it was a necessary inconvenience.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They are renovating the property but it didn’t pose a big problem since we were gone during working hours.

No issues beside ongoing renovations.
