Upon arrival I was asked by unfriendly staff how many people & why there were so many people in my vehicle. I was offended! The others booked the Baymont as I should have. No smoke alarm just dangling wires. Stained sheets. Wet bedspread etc ¿¿

In Celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary we just wanted to get out of town. The most we liked were the location and breakfast.

According to the desk clerk, there were no vacancies but appeared the hotel was short of staff. 1) reservation was for 1:00, the room was not ready; 2) tried to call the front desk to get wifi password to use my cell, the phone in room 126 did not wor

The cleanliness

Yes, the night front desk clerk was very combative on everything I said or asked. I wanted a smoking room she dam near called me a liar. I explained about my previous stay and she was combative about that. She put me in a room we¿re the remote didn¿t work

Location

Noisy. Upstairs (overhead) and rooms next door. Entry door had a gap between facing and door that allowed entry for insects. Rug and floor areas soiled and spotted. Highly disturbing for a peaceful and restful night sleep.

Only 2 stars and they had a 2 room party down the hall till 5 am all in the parking lot. ** maid service entered my room when I was booked for 2 nights.

The staff and food

The room stunk i had to go buy stuff to clean the ac that was full of dust and the bathtub had nappy hair in it because when i asked for something to clean with i was told that there was none

Location. Price. If you just need a place to sleep and shower it's fine.

Breakfast was a big disappointment. Refrigerator was noisy. 11:00 checkout time was very inconvenient and the staff was kind of pushy when we were a few minutes late leaving.

The front desk, he was super nice!

The room was not clean, the walls were dirty,the bathtub was dirty & so was the sink.

I left the room cleaner. Than when I checked in. Very dirty,dirty towels and sheets. I will never stay their again.

The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was a lot more than what I expected it to be.

The only negative thing I have to say was about the carpet in the room. It was disgusting and needs to either be steam cleaned or ripped out. After my bath, my feet were black just from walking to the bed.
