Hotel elevator still out of service. No 1st floor rooms available for persons with disabilities or older people such as myself.

Great location, friendly staff

No hot water and poor water pressure. Breakfast not stocked early in the morning. Hotel promised a 20 percent discount because of the cold water issue.

COULD NOT CLOSE BLINDS ON ROOM GIVEN AND GOT TRANSFERED TO A DIFFERENT ROOM, BATHTUB DID NOT DRAIN ON SECOND ROOM AND WAS PROMISED THAT SOMEONE WAS GOING TO SENT NEXT DAY TO REPAIR IT, AFTER COMING BACK FROM BEING OUT ALL DAY NO ONE KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT I

Location to where I was going

Staff was friendly but did not follow up on customer service, no phone cord on phone for connection in room. Therefore no emergency calls. Draper pulling from Windows, television kept cutting off, no maientence on duty. Heat not working properly.

Staff gave someone the wrong room key and they came in my room

The hotel was clean and my room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Whenever I encountered a staff member, they went out of their way to assist me. The free breakfast bar was stocked daily with great food.

I did not like that the refrigerator in the room froze all of my food. The microwave was very loud and I was scared to use it. There were several times that I called and visited the front desk and was unable to get anyone.

The staff , location and the rooms are very clean

The room 401 was clean but the carpet had to bad stains and the smell was so bad

When I checked in the receptionist at the desk was very polite and attentive

My room was not clean. The pillow slips on the bed was nasty! The comforter wasn¿t clean and the flat sheet was missing. My toilet didn¿t flush unless I shook the handle. There was shortage on towels.

GREAT Staff!! If not for the staff like Markus, I would rate the hotel as poor. The staff has multiple duties and they work extremely hard and are very professional and care about their jobs and the guests. Good coffee in the room and in the lobby.

Extremely slow internet, sandpaper bathroom tissue, slippery tub, thin wash clothes, ran low on clean towels. I do not like their covid policy of putting the trash and dirty towels in the hall; it makes the hall look messy if not removed quickly.

The front desk worker was awesome! We had great conversation and he was really helpful. Room was clean.

My husband did not enjoy the breakfast. The bed was very uncomfortable. Wallpaper was pealing in the bathroom. The hotel was not bad but if i had to stay in greenwood, ms again I would most likely find a hotel that is more updated.

I was very disappointed a hole in the wall a Tv that didn't operate properly and mice in the room and i have yet to hear back from management wont ever stay here again i have stayed at Hamptons before this was the worse experience i ever had was notcompsa

All of the abovementioned no compensation😣

The public bathroom downstairs was not very clean the original room they took us to was not cleaned at all it actually was pretty gross and when they finally sent us to our final room it was gorgeous and clean

Charge $40 after I got there still have not got it put back on my card yet

The staff were terrific

Breakfast was not as fulfilling as there were no bananas or yogurt and the oatmeal was not cooked done.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the happy hour and snacks
