The staff and food

We had to switch rooms 3 times

very clean and friendly, helpful staff

just that the pool was going through maintenance and we could not use it

The bed sheet and bed were very comfortable. The receptionist when we signed in was exceptional

Other staff we encountered could use some customer service training. The room had broken tiles in the bathroom. It looked like the ceiling had leaked at one time. There was mold on the grout in the shower. The room smelled of cleaning priduct

Room was clean and as advertised, no problems checking in.

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly

There were kids next door jumping up and down up to 2:00am in the morning. I called the front desk and they promptly handled the situation.

Front desk is overly pushing for a conversation with tired travelers checking in sometimes. Very nice people though.

The location was close to all the food spots and hwy staff was extra friendly

I had to get another room because the first one toilet did not work and it was on the 1st floor

The breakfast was good and the location was fantastic.

There could have been a better selection of TV channels available to watch.

Debris on the floor in the entrance to the room. No hand soap or bath soap packets . Forced to use the containers on wall. Shampoo almost out . Bathroom had towels not folded neatly- sloppy in fact.

I've been in a lot of hotels recently and this experience by far was the best in a while! The staff was amazing! They were so friendly and helpful!

There was a lot of foot traffic so it is completely understandable but the floors near the elevators and the elevator floor itself needed a good cleaning.

The Beds were comfortable.

The Price was very high and the gym, pool area, and breakfast was not available, However, bag breakfast was provided with mini muffin, an orange, and a small bottle of water.

Very nice newer property. Very helpful & friendly staff. Rooms we’re roomy & nicely furnished, very comfortable beds. Loved the outdoor fire pit. Hot breakfast could’ve used potatoes but still very good. Convenient location for MSU football game.

Overall the staff was friendly but not all.

The Microwave in the room was not working and I was told to use the one located in the lobby. There was a lot of confusion regarding my reservation that my CC declined and they would need to run my CC again, in spite of having an Itinerary.
