Econo Lodge Columbus near Airport

It was misrepresented the building is dirty inside and out. Pool was out of order ice machine as well. Room was very icky. I will not stay there ever again. Didn't have lid for toliet seat and remote broken and didn't work plus so dirty.

Not clean holes in bathrooms wall .torn curtains. Bed was not made up right.room stinks...when I arrived the first room they give me was not clean that day the next room was a mess .housekeeper was rude .just walk in without knocking are announcing

Very dirty I have a lot pictures I will post it was really uncomfortable and being on budget I could not change because you don¿t get money back for 24 hr really bad experience

Convenient location to my conference

No pillow cases on pillows they were in a chair and no towels. I had to call the front desk which he apologized about his staff and not being able to hire staff and train them properly.

Not in good condition. Lamp lights didn¿t work curtain had a hole in it. Room was the worst room I¿ve had.

The room was NASTY!! The mirrors hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The floors were very dirty. I moved the nightstand to get to a plug and holy cow!! That hadn't been moved to be cleaned in a VERY long time.

We got a refund when we decided not to stay.

The door wouldn¿t lock and the hotel seemed to be in an unsafe location. There was feces smeared inside the toilet bowl; the room didn¿t even look like it had been cleaned. Because the door wouldn¿t lock and the bathroom was nasty, we didn¿t stay.

I like the area that it was located. It was near most of the restaurants and shopping centers in the area.

I didn¿t like the size of the bathroom. It was small and cramped. Didn¿t really care for the continental breakfast either.

The front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful and it was very close to the areas that we were needing to be for the weekend.

The room was NASTY, spiders on the bed, dirty sheets, dusty, rust on the fridge and it smelled like fish, pillows were dirty, toilet barely worked and we couldn't get the shower to turn on. NOT SAFE FOR FAMILIES OR KIDS. Too much traffic and illegal acts.

Breakfast was not up to par. Very, very weak orange juice, no coffee creamer, very limited selection of food even in light of "the virus".

The long-term renters were hostile and threatening toward us when we mistakenly ended up for a moment in their parking area. They were really rough, aggressive people.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty.

Rooms are being updated but still need some work.

There was nothing to like about this place. The hotel did not meet my expectations. This place was dirty.

I like nothing about this place. They have bugs,the carpets are horribly stained. The phone in the rooms do not work. The shower was filthy.

Breakfast was not ready before I had to leave and when I asked staff about it...they did nothing. I had no breakfast that morning before my plane left. Building was old and rooms were sad.

The beds was not comfortable they was lumpy the l cover on the bed had spots on it . Carpet was not clean , the windows was dirty the mirrors was nott cleans . The room cleaner was not friendly. I will never stay at that place again . A very dissatisfied.

The Breakfast!

The room was FILTHY! There was dirt all over the floor. The bed sheets were nasty! The phone was pulled out of the wall. My cousin fell through the pull-out couch bed and cut her leg! The manager for the night was really really nice and super helpful.

Most of the staff was very kind and helpful. Only had one time that lady seem to be having a bad night.

There need to update the caulking around the bathtubs. Every room that we stayed in it was peeling off....When it is black that tells me a lot. Carpets also need cleaning. If you walk on it barefoot feels sticky. Tv didn't work correctly in most rooms

The continental breakfast was not bad at all.

The sheets had stains on them and the beds were made with some kind of mattress covering that did not even look sanitary. There were cracks in the shower floor and it was dirty. The floors looked like they had not been vacuumed.

Nothing out of the ordinary.

When I checked in, there was a mis-understanding regarding payment. I thought when I booked the room with my credit card, that my room was paid for, however upon checking in, I had to use the card again and fill out paper work.

The staff is very accommodating and very nice. The location is very convenient. Right off the highway and also the cost is affordable.

There needs to be some upgrades done. The caulking around the tub is coming off and there was not a toilet tissue holder. There was not any Kleenex in the holder either. I wish they would offer incentives to people that stay with them multiple times.
