Quality Inn Columbus, MS

The best thing was it was the only hotel available. So there was no choice.

No elevators and we were on the 2nd floor. Had to carry suitcases up stairs. We've not done that in probably 40 years. NOT good at all.

Need to express that this is more of Econo lodge, not an Inn and Suites. Not safe to outward facing doors that anyone can access.

Location and breakfast

The surrounding area. A abandoned restaurant had traffic of addicts around it.

Cleaning staff politeness

Not sanitizing, floor dirty, hair in bathtub, broken door latch,no full length mirror (off but screws left in door),blood on back of door. Not a sanitary place

The hotel is located in an excellent area. I would definitely use it in the future.it is relatively clean and quite. Plus, it is surrounded by restaurants and fast-food establishments to carry food back to hotel. There is a shopping Plaza nearby, too!

The hotel was fine. There were a few minor repairs needed. My slide lock was loose. When I came back to the room, it latched the slide lock and I couldn't get back into the room. Called maintenance to unhook slide lock. Leaking faucet on the sink.

I had booked a smoking room, thinking these were non-existent, but when we got there, I actually was placed in a smoking room. The breakfast was on par with other Quality Inn hotels. The lady that checked us in was so kind and very personable.

There were some shady characters staying there, which is not the hotel's fault. The doors open up to the outside (instead of a more secured hallway). There were no incidents, it was just unnerving.

Check in staff gave me room someone else was in, then gave me room with broken faucet. Slammed the key down in anger at having to give me functioning room.

Price,location breakfast could have pet

Reservations wrong required ground floor had us upstairs had to get manager, room not ready till 4:30 all tvs were snowey. Killed roach 1st time shower control didnt work they've remodled lobby need to do rooms stayed there lots probably last time

It's always very clean and staff has always been very nice and helpful.

I stay here alot but this time the owner of quality inn was very strange..like I say I am here alot so I had a reservation my boyfriend made for me I go in office he stated after I've been standing there 15 minutes that I had to give him 100 deposit plus

Decently clean, and fairly quiet.

Heat quit working the last night. Deadbolt screws loose and falling out. Breakfast was very poor quality, cold and rubbery.

Room was clean. Towels were clean. Bed was comfortable. Overall we only stayed one night so it was what we needed. It¿s a very basic hotel so I wouldn¿t stay more than one night.

It has its doors outside. I thought that a 2.5 star means that they would be indoors. Noise level from the road was high. I wouldn¿t stay more than one night. It doesn¿t have the amenities¿

Excellent location near highway and restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Room was quoet.. Breakfast met expectations. Staff were friendly.and helpful. Immediate hot water - no waiting!

The decor is dated, but everything was clean and in good working order

We didn't get to take the trip due to illness. The front desk held our reservations for several days to try to help us but we did not make the trip

The Breakfast was horrible !!!! Dried out sausage, pancake mix was too thick, the refrigerator had a broken rail and wasn't cold. The floor was very dirty. The chair in the room had a stain. A dirty towel was left in the room when checked in.

Location was near shopping centes

I was locked out my room for over 30 minutes and staff was nowhere to be found

Customer service was great and fast.

Roaches ¿¿ in my hotel room and cigarette smell.

Hotel is outdated, and location needs to be more lighting. Creepy guys waking around at night in the dark corner
