Hilton Garden Inn Jackson/Clinton

The tv did not work. We reported it two of the three nights. Once a lady came and fixed it. The next night no one came. There were 3 plugs for recharging phones etc. only one worked.

Telephone handset was ripped out of the base, wires hanging. How the water dripped from the showerhead on to the stainless steel drain cover and rang like a bell.

Have always stayed there when visiting Jackson/clinton. This location has great access to all surrounding amenities.

My room had no air conditioning it was hot. was informed that that room should not have been rented out. And they only refunded 50%.

Front desk service

Only one elevator worked and it made a lot of noises. Very slow

It was a nice place. Looked fairly new. The TV in the room had a real clear picture.

$12.00 for breakfast if you wanted to eat there. It was mainly what other hotels provide complimentary.

The staff are so friendly and helpful! I didn't get the name of the wonderful lady who checked in myself, my son and his service dog, but beautiful hotel employee checked us out on a frigid morning with her warm personality .

There was nothing I didn't like. Our accessible room on the 4th floor had a taller toilet with grab bars, and hand sprayer and grab bars in the shower, which was wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I first arrived, there were a few glitches but we quickly managed a great solution.

There will be some era everyday in life. The Palmetto bugs felt as if they paid for the room. I let the staff know they were there and the extermination process began. The jet in the jacuzzi was broken sending water everywhere but, I dried and dressed.

Beautifully lit lobby that smelled like a department store perfume section in the best way. Large clean room, friendly front desk staff. 10 out of 10 rating!

Not a thing ..

Hotel upkeep was very poor, room did not spell fresh and carpet in room was dirty and had not been vacuum. Sheets appeared to be clean but once I was covered up it reaped the smell of Urine. Breakfast experience would be a waste of Money.

Location is great, right next to Mississippi College. Felt very safe.

Couple issues with this stay. Didn't get a room with a jacuzzi tub like we reserved. The hotel room door didn't close all the way. You could see into the room from the hall through the crack. Outlet next to bed didn't work. No complentary breakfast

Room allotments even we made the reservation 3 weeks ahead. They gave the least preference as we checked in late and allotted the left over rooms. No room service done while we stayed there and the staff was clueless when asked for it.

The room was spacious and close to the school we were visiting

I was there 4 days and the garbage cans were not emptied. Had to take it to the trash myself. Also I know there was no cleaning service unless you requested but they didnt even come in to make the beds.

Easy on/off from highway. The room was large and clean.

The bathroom door was a sliding barn door type, but they hadn¿t finished installing the bumper. They had a rag tied to keep it from sliding off, which didn¿t work.

I liked the unique layout of the room and the air conditioner that actually cooled the room.

I was disappointed in the breakfast not being included in the price of the room and the breakfast was not open when we left for our event at 7 a.m.

It is clean, the staff (front desk and GM) are friendly, location is good for MC parents and has close proximity to Jackson and surrounding area.

Guests on my floor were loud late one evening. Responsive GM got things quieted quickly. After leaving an article of clothing behind, I called and was put off by the "Sales" Manager. The item has not been located. GM is still asking staff.

The ¿barn¿ bathroom door offered no privacy and the door was off balance and would slowly roll open on its own. We had to stand up luggage to be a door stop. I went down to the front desk to get an addition towel and they had none?

Cleanliness and the size of the room.

The sliding bathroom door and no mat in the slippery tub. The sliding door would not stay shut, it would open on its own.

The size of the room and the selection of TV channels. It rain the whole time we were there and that help with entertainment.
