Dirty stained towels, stained bathtub, sheets stained, bae boarf in bathroom laying on floor, tv did not work direct tv box broken, room had bad smell, took pictures, video owner not responsive at all

The door was thick enough to prevent us from having to hear "Pound That Pu**y" playing on repeat in the parking lot on someone's car stereo.

No light switch near the door. Smelled like mildew and old cigarette smoke. Bed was unwashed, bathroom door was splintered. So dirty that we just slept in our clothes to avoid bringing anything home in our luggage. Just disgusting.

Easy location off the highway

The bathroom had mold all over the cracks and grout, my daughter refused to even use the bathroom. Smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room..beds were hard. Check in person was not friendly.

The female receptionist was friendly and helpful. She provided excellent customer service.

The toilet seat was not securely affixed to the toilet. The towel rack in the room was coming out of the wall. There was a baby clothing sticker on the comforter.

No Breakfast, No swimming pool need to invest in new wash towels need remodel bathrooms

The lady at the front desk was nice that was the only thing that was nice about the place this place was disgusting I had to change room twice I wouldn't even go into the bathroom it was so disgusting I wouldn't even let cockroaches live in here that's ho

Convenient to interstate and food. Reasonable price.

Although it's a non smoking room there was a residual cigarette smoke smell to the room. It was a light odor but we are sensitive to it.

The hotel was outdated and smelled like a nursing home. The sink was stopped up and the tub was dirty. Never want to stay here again.

Bed felt like there was sand in it. Room was hot, ac was off upon arrival. Car alarms going off in lot next to hotel

Room smell was bad. AC not working correctly. No iron. Front desk not manned during the day.

the location was the best asset for the hotel. It was right off I-20.

The cleanliness of the room was lacking. It was also dimly lit and the furniture was very outdated.

Should not be classified a 2 star hotel, it was more closer to a 1 star hotel. Smelled awfull, there was roaches on the walls and beds.

There was mold in the ceiling, bugs smashed on the walls, and trash on the floor around the beds. The floor was soaking wet around the refrigerator. The whole room smelled like smoke. Worst room I have ever booked.

The location, had refrigerator, microwave & alarm clock. Muffins & cold cereal.

Mattresses & pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor - hard biscuits, gravy way too thick & waffles too hard to eat.

Location is just off I20.

Room was outdated. There was damage to the clothes rods and to the vanity. Bed was not clean compared to others I have stayed in.

The desk clerk was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The room didn't look clean. The bedspread was dirty. Almost all of the furniture shook if you touched it. Absolutely nothing looked or felt clean, and it was very loud.

It had a king sized bed.

Bath room was too small and the breakfast had only carb items. not fruit, eggs or meat. And no coffee. I won't stay there again.

The Staff was pleasant, room was clean, not very modern, but was as expected for the price paid.

Breakfast was not the greatest, but suppose that is the standard.

If you are with your family and looking for a safe, inexpensive and clean place to stay that is halfway to the Emerald Coast, this is your place. It is basic but clean. We felt safe. The staff was friendly. Water pressure great and shower was hot!
