Red Roof Inn & Suites Clinton, MS

The hotel was gross. The walls were drawn on, the pull out mattress was black and there were no sheets. And the towels were dirty. Also the lock was broken, it smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes right before we got there

The location was perfect. We didn't think we would have time to go to church but Pinelake right next door had an early service that fit our schedule especially since we could walk over.

How cheap it was

The hallway smelled like smoke. Every bedsheet and towel had stains on it. Do not recommend this place.

We didnt have WIFI, phone or TV. And the wasnt breakfast served, not even coffee.

The wifi was terrible.

There appeared to be operational security cameras on the lobby. The lobby doors looked like they would be locked at night. There was a table in the room to eat our takeout

The carpet was damp on the first floor area. The first room assigned the TV had no wires to the wall plug. It was a fake. Our dog kept trying to get under the pull out couch( which was very worn ) when we moved it there was good scraps bigs and underneat.

When arrived the hotel ,they do not have my booking information,I end up can¿t wait and call service number for canceling my book

exhaust fan was noisy in the bathroom no breakfast

Customer Service, quick check in. The rooms are comfortable.

The room was run down, there were things literally falling apart, the bathtub did not drain, etc. You get what you pay for.

Roaches I took pictures an told the staff they did not do anything about it

Lots: no wifi in room, floor was dirty, spiders in bathroom, staff very unfriendly & not responsive when arrived. Had to wait awhile before someone finally came out to greet me.

Hands down, the shower was the best part of this room. I got in, in a bad mood,and it literally washed all my cares away. The location is #2. Applebee's and Frogheaf Grill were literally a hop n skip away and stay open til 12a on the weekends.

So let me tell you about that time I got Catfished(hotel edition. The room felt extremely damp. 1 t.v. only played white noise, there was no microwave. Iron board but no iron, and the let out bed wreaked of urine. The pool was closed at 9 not 10 as posted

The room was ok.... but sheets were stained and towels were so dingy I did not feel comfortable takimg a shower there...need to learn to use bleach. Also it's the last hotel on the street behind other businesses...kind of secluded. Won't stay there again

A place to sleep.

At check in- lady didn't even seem to realize we had reservations. Ask for a handicap room, toilet was so short my elderly Mom couldn't get up. Needed more toilet paper, no one at front desk. Bad customer service.

One of our televisions wouldn't work, nor did the phone work

Broken door to room - previously kicked in . Broken toilet , not clean , provided a smoking room - requested non smoking

Location, value for the money. Room was clean.

Staff was slow to respond at front desk.

It was very quiet. The staff was friendl and helpful. Love the pool.

The location

The hotel wasn’t very clean and the ppl in the room next door to us were screaming and fighting all night. Which made it hard to rest. I will never stay here again.
