The location

The hotel was not clean. I found spots on my bedding, rust on the lamps, the chair in my room had white stains all over it and mildew and mold throughout the room. My son has asthma and is allergic to mold, he had an asthma flare up..

Location was great and it was clean.

Staff took a whole day to get batteries for my TV to work properly. Had to call several times and ended up going in person to get help

Clean

Picked room which was handicapped and king size bed. Room was queen size and had no safety bars at all in bathrooms.

I like the microwave, the refrigerator, and the emaculate bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. Mamy hotels do not have grits, but you did. Thank you.

Good location

It advertises free breakfast. But there was no breakfast on Saturday morning. Staff was not attentive.

Poorly staffed that evening. Dirty Flooring didn¿t reach the tub in bathroom. Poor sink drainage. NOT what I expected with this brand.

Location was perfect.

They had no clean bath towels. Always out of coffee at the front. The bath tub was slippery, almost fell and killed myself.

The toilet leaked. The room smelled horrible. The staff did not have time to cook breakfast. They were busy doing something else. They also could not find anyone to wash towels. We were told we are out try again later. Horrible hotel.

New fixtures and carpet and shower.

It was dirty. Dried urine on commode seat, dirty ring in bowl. Hair in sink and on floor. Dirt on floor. Grout was light gray in corners and dark brown and black with filth elsewhere. Shade broken and air in need of repair. If I had not been so tired bye

Room was very clean, bed was so comfy!

Parts of the hotel was being remodeled so the site of construction debris and parking was very limited due to construction crews was a bit much but it was worth it for a clean room and bed!

Nothing room booked was already booked when arrived had to stay in smaller room. Room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes even though a non smoking hotel. No WiFi without paying for it . No breakfast offered in the morning even though it was supposed to

Easy access from interstate and located in a very safe town. Fairly new hotel.

Was there for 3 nights. Only saw 1 cleaning person. room was not entered by personnel to make bed or refurbish coffee. However this service may have been only by request due to the covid.

This is surely an OLDER Hampton. Very dated property. Mold throughout bathroom. Sketchy area for sure. Need serious renovations.

Beautiful and clean.

No one there to check me in upon arrival. One staff member appeared, gave me a dirty look, and disappeared again. I finally had to do the throat-clearing trick to get someone to come out and check me in.

I checked into this hotel after leaving another hotel that had bugs. This hotel was just what I needed. All staff were friendly! The room was nice, spacious, and clean with a comfy bed! There were even freshly baked cookies in the lobby as a night snack!

The hallway leading to my room was rather warm; however, that didn't affect my experience too much. Everything was great!

Clean rooms, breakfast was really good. Easy off/on from highway. I would stay here again.
