The room and hotel were dirty. The bathroom was gross, linens smelled like chemicals, and the tub stopped up while showering. The room was reasonably clean. There was an Asian beetle infestation. Mold/mildew on AC unit. Hasn't been dusted in years

The free breakfast and coffee are convenient.

The condition of the room was such that I had to request a different room. The AC unit was so loud, I could not sleep with it running and had to turn it off.

The breakfast! The apples were ri otten in the breakfast room as we That pets were allowed and there was a sign saying no pets allowed except service dogAnd there are no designated rooms for pets! Tub was slippery!

The room was quiet and located conveniently on the 3rd floor just steps from the elevator. The shower provided lots of hot water. However, the sink had no lever to close the close the drainage plug. This made shaving a little more difficult.

I mentioned the drainage plug issue in my above comments already.

The breakfast was very minimal and our specific room was hot. The AC did not cool down our room at all.

The room wasn't super clean. The air conditioner was too loud and hadn't been cleaned.

We were in Brookhaven for a wedding and had to bring our dogs. The hotel is pet friendly and that is the primary reason we chose it. I came over for one night alone and then my spouse and dogs came on 3/9.

The tub seemed to have no anti-slip in the bottom. I had to hang on to the handicap bar to keep from falling. The back door wouldn't close on its own. Unless you pulled it hard it did not lock so anybody could have come into the hotel.

Bed was comfortable. Overall cleaned. Good location. Friendly staff.

Toilet was a little lower than expected...as a senior needed handrails for assistance and the sliding barn door did not close completely

Nice location. Clean, spacious room with nice bathroom, microwave and mini fridge. Complimentary breakfast was good.

Smelly pillows overwhelmed room. No way cleaning staff didn't notice. Had removed and got new ones. Restroom sink leaked. Staff should have noticed that as well. Reported on my checkout so they can fix on their time not mine.

Pool was open

They did not have any extra towels for the number of guest in the room... front desk said it was due to them not thinking they were going to be fully booked bc of COVID-19

Kinda pricey for such a small town.

Hallways and elevators were hot. No ac blowing.

Clean, nice breakfast. Front desk lady was not very friendly during or after check in.

Shower was weak.

Location was great. Had little contact with staff. after first night, bed not made up, just pulled the bedspread up. Main problem was a/c-heat unit. I never was able to turn on the heat.

Great staff and atmosphere! Breakfast was terrific! Great location and room very comfortable.

My room smelled a bit musty when I got into it, but after air and heat were turned on, it was fine!

The common areas were very hot. The air conditioning in the room would keep the room cool but as soon as I shut off the room was very warm.

Everything was great! The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. It was well kept and neat even though they were undergoing renovations. The pool area was very nice and our room was clean. There were lots of options for breakfast.

It is conveniently located and there are restaurants close by.

It is a little pricey for the area. The bathroom lighting was not the best. Needs to be brighter.
