Check-in staff awful, room was not clean and had stains on couch, could not use pull-out couch because there was dog hair all over it and the floors, probably the worst experience in a long time.

My husband and I really enjoyed having the kitchenette. That was awesome! Housekeeping was great we didn¿t have to ask for anything. Also we were really impressed that we couldn¿t hear the neighbors! Breakfast was good.They accommodated our request.

We were satisfied with mostly everything, but I would have liked the option of turkey or beef sausage. And maybe a choice of cheese or veggie omelette . I had to ask for a cheese omelette and they were quick to accommodate.

Everything was great! Room, kitchenette and bathroom were clean, parking lot very well lit, breakfast is good, staff pleasant and helpful.

The sheets were polyester which might be a deal breaker for me. I¿ve travelled for business for 28 years and only remember one place in Chicago without cotton sheets and never went back. I will call and ask about it before I stay next time. Nice place¿¿

Convenient location, very clean, and plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay here.

Cleanliness and space

No potato option at breakfast, and no highchairs for kids.

The cleanliness, right off the highway and not too far from my grandma hse.

It was very clean and no weird smell. The rooms were perfect! Very attentive front desk which is a huge plus. Will definitely stay again in the future.

One set of elevators and being on the opposite side of the hotel from them seemed like a workout with the luggage.

the rooms were huge and spotless. basically everything about this hotel was perfect.

none of the staff were wearing masks, but I do understand the mandate was lifted. also, there aren't any rooms with bathtubs, so don't come in from a workout expecting to take an epsom salt bath.

Large room, pet friendly without exorbitant fee, and actual hot breakfast

Parking lot was very well lit. Everything was excellent. Very clean, quiet, good breakfast, and helpful staff.

They need to work on the handicap access from parking lot to lobby. There is a very direct path to the lobby doors, but they have blocked it with landscaping and you are forced around and through a patio with brick pavers. Ok for some people but not all.

Coming near the end of an 18 day road trip, this hotel was the nicest of all by a landslide. Absolutely perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer.
