- The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Given the winter storm experienced in Missouri, the location proved particularly convenient due to nearby amenities such as gasoline stations and restaurants. I will definitely stay there again.

- Very noisy, with traffic noise, air conditioner noise and kids running up and down the hall, talking very loud, laughing and slamming doors- both evening and very early morning. Did not at all like the new decor. It is very minimalistic, cold and uncomfortable. And what is with the new name, Spark!
- The road noise from the interstate highway was bad. I have stayed at this hotel before when it was branded as Hampton Inn. I do not remember this before.
