They charge a $250 CASH deposit for those they consider local. Insult to that hit is that the rooms are completely run down and nasty and they have the nerve to charge this errogenous deposit on these nasty NASTY rooms. Trash still in the trash can

Room was VERY outdated. Carpet and areas around the beds were not clean.
Pillows were very comfortable.
Cleaning staff attempted to enter room before I had checked out, so that was a bit of a surprise. No knock or anything, just heard my door bang around. Thankfully had the lock on it.
Staff was friendly, breakfast was always good, easy for our toddler to feel comfortable in the room.
Defective dresser drawers & toilet could have been cleaner.

Baseball tournaments during my stay. Parents-kids congregated in the lobby but not allowed in pool due to Covid precautions. Ridiculous! Kids were running up and down the halls until midnight slamming the exit doors next to my room. No discount
It was a comfortable, clean place to stay. The breakfast was good and the man taking care of that area did an excellent job keeping it clean and stocked.

The bed was so hard it felt like sleeping on a slab of concrete. After a long drive it was very discouraging to have so little sleep due to an extremely uncomfortable mattress.

Walls are terribly thin. Large gaps around doors let lots of light and noise in from hallway. Occupants of next door room were having conversation at normal voice level and we could hear virtually every word.
The rooms were very clean and the hotel was non-smoking. Kids loved the pool!
