- Very nice staff
- Nice clean hotel and room also the pool and hot tub were also very clean The breakfast was very good.
- Not having carpet in the rooms was wonderful and the floors were actually clean. Often my experience is even tho the carpet is gone and the floors should be easily cleaned they are not. You walk around and your feet turn black. Great breakfast!
Cons -
- The staff here was very nice, after receiving very bad treatment at the Baymont in Branson MO, ?sir this is the big city and we do what we like?. The room was very small, the bed was very hard, and I slept maybe 4 hours due to pain. Not a good experience.
- The beds were terrible, squeaky, hard and uncomfortable!!
- Had to request change of room because a guest with a small dog wouldn't stop barking
