- Almost everyone working at this location acted professionally and kindly.
- Bathroom was sparkling clean, as was the rest of the room. Always love the delicious cookie!!

- Staff seemed very irritated whenever I had to deal with them. Our shampoo was out and I asked for a new one. They seemed like it was extremely inconvenient to get me a new one. Pool area was very dated and run down. Room AC would not hardly keep up.
- It wasn’t very clean, and it is in desperate need of a renovation.
- Yes, The housekeeping staff did not clean my room... Meaning no changing the bed sheets, no changing the towels & wash cloths until day 4 of my stay.
