- The cleanliness, the front desk customer service and efficiency when checking in and out
- Location was great , staff were very nice and very helpful, Breakfast was excellent
- It was very clean; I felt safe, and appreciated the breakfast options. Additionally, the city?s view of the Arch, Ferris Wheel, Tower Clock was available to all in the dining area.

- I would have appreciated it if the hotel check in clerk would have informed me that I was being charged $20 daily for parking so that I wasn?t surprised when it came up on my credit and in addition to the temporary charge for incidentals.
