Osage Village Inn Near Lake Ozarks US 54

No water, exceptionally rude front desk people, what looked to be mold on the ceiling of my room. Pool with no water, and trash everywhere

It was cheap, and quiet.

It was dirty, smells musty, bed looked like they'd been remade and not washed. Hair in the bathroom. The pool was empty.

Coffee maker was dirty. No coffee replaced from last occupant. Not enough towels. No coffee cups.

It was quiet and the ac worked really well

The shower curtains were moldy. Toilet wasn?t clean. Sheets were stained. The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. The pool was nasty and green

The hotel room was dirty. The A/C smelled musty. The walls were missing pictures. I could tell they use to hang there as the spot where they use to hang was cleaner than the rest of the wall and the screws were still in the wall.

We loved the convenience to Daytona Beach and Orlando. It has a nice vibe and loved the outdoor swimming pool!

The staff really did care about my wife and me as THEIR customer. Very courteous and knowledgeable about the city and the events.

The smoke alarm was hanging from the electrical wiring and needs to be re-mounted to the wall. It was very quiet. This is the most bothersome of all other motels.

The current owners of Osage Village Inn are obviously making upgrades to the property and it is look nice overall. The room we stayed in had been re-carpeted and the hot tub area was greatly updated and looked MUCH better than the photos on their website.

Their website states: "In the morning, we invite you to join us for continental breakfast in our lobby. An array of bagels, muffins, danishes, cinnamon rolls, and breakfast pastries are served along with juice and coffee." There was NONE of this offered.

Smelled of mildew. Bed was like a soft sponge. Staff was terce. Faucet leaked. Tv was blurry.

It was nice to have a room that I didn't have to clime steps I have a bad knee and they didn't know but they gave us a room right bye our car which was so nice couldn't get any better

The location, nothing else.

Room was filthy, wasn't vacumed, refrigerater shelfs could make you puke, no hot water, no microwave. I will never go back and neither will the rest of our party. Place should be shut down and sold to someone that knows how to manage a hotel.

Location was great and it was very easy to check in.

Overall room quality was poor, it smelled musty/smoky. TV had formatting issues with the picture

Accessibility

It published in its¿ amenities a continental breakfast. We were told they decided not to do one that day. Very disappointed. I always book places that have breakfast. I feel a refund or discount would be in order. Not real happy.

Early check in

Upon arrival the toilet was plugged and over flowed and they did provide Continental breakfast as their website stated.

Nice location, close to anything you want to do while visiting The Lake.

Rooms were musty smelling, the amenities were sub par¿ I had to go buy my own hair dryer, no mini fridge or microwave in the room either.

The staff was very friendly when I contacted them for our late arrival. The room was exceptionally clean.

There were small touches for an older hotel. The tissue dispenser was broken. There was an odd smell at first that got better once the air was circulating.

Website wrong- no breakfast, hotel booked a reunion and pool was completely taken over with tents, grills, chairs. Had to switch room second day. Staff said can¿t do anything about. No daily maid service. Will not be going back. Will not refer.
