The check-in process was a bit slow. However, since it was the beginning of a holiday weekend, the rooms not being ready was totally understandable. Only issue is that it wasn't clearly communicated on how long it would take and we wasted an hour waiting.

Clean and quiet.

Parking is atrocious. Not enough spaces for everyone and no real overflow parking available.

Very comfortable with an awesome view! With the State Park just to the east we we had a view of Natural Shoreline and a stunning Sunrise! Great location with easy access to main Osage Beach attractions.

They did not take the time to center the main tv over the fireplace mantle.

Full kitchen with full size refrigerator and stove. Separate bedroom. Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Large balcony facing the lake. Large swimming/fishing dock at the hotel. Elevator to all floors.

It was clean and spacious. The front desk staff was helpful, courteous and let us check in early.

The bedroom was just a bit small-there wasn't anywhere to put a suitcase that you wouldn't trip over it. Also, we could hear noise/people moving around in other units.

Room was spotless. Two bedroom suite was huge.

This was beyond my expectations!! I LOVE IT! All the staff is AMAZING!

Had a couple of small issues quickly fixed. This is a lovely place with wonderful people.

Beautiful and spotless! I can't say enough about the cleanliness, definitely met expectations and had everything I needed. The view of the lake was frosting on the cake.

The best place I have stayed as far as I can recall. The ladies at the front desk provided exceptional customer service and quickly notified us when our room was ready.

Location was perfect. Great view of the lake. Pool was nice. Room was nice and clean.

Exterior of our unit needed washed, entrance and on the balcony. Fridge needs baking soda, not pleasant smelling. Over smell of the unit was off putting. Didn't catch that wifi only offered for a fee.

There was a lot of outside remodeling going on and a lot of construction vehicles in the parking lot.

Took 11/2 hrs wait for room. The last time we stayed here was late also.The fireplace did not work.We couldn't understand the lady who checked us in.My room was paid for, but when we put in my pin # for the deposit, it wouldn't take it.Worked when we got home.

Location on the lake is incredible! Views from our balcony were beautiful! Very comfortable beds. Kitchen and laundry were so convenient

The check-in process was kind of rough. The first night, we had some issues, but they were resolved.

Balcony door was hard to open and shut. Balcony needs a good cleaning. Lots of webs, spiders.

The room was great. We really like the pool facilities and there is lots of games to play in the club house.

We were not able to get in our room until after 6 which was very hard unfortunate. We arrived around 4:30 and check in time was 4. The room was not ready. Also parking was a problem of you got back to the facility after 8pm.
