It was very clean & the people were cheerful and friendly. It felt safe to stay there. The bed was comfortable, too. The hotel appears to be in transition. The decor is old, & the pool had been drained, neither of which mattered to me.

Poor service, pool was not usable, our AC did not work properly!

Refused to stay due to poor management

They didn?t even have the beds made. Had to find someone to bring us blankets. Had to take pictures of the original dog damage and show to staff so we didn?t get charged for it.

They were renting rooms to junkies, The management were yelling at all the guests and treating everyone like they were druggies

nothing, rude staff pushed his way into our room when they could have handed the hair dryer thru the door. He pushed the reset button several times. I ask it if he didn't think I could push a reset button.

The room was located by the exit and the stand for smokers was right outside the window. The smell came in through the vent. It was very noticeable when seated at the desk.

We booked for the pool got there it was closed. Had there been anything letting us know it was closed would have booked elsewhere..the bathroom mirror had knife scrapes all over it. There was beer bottle capson the floor and cigarette burns in the bedding

When we woke up on Sunday morning we had a sink full of ants and they were crawling all over the counter top. We went to take showers and had either scalding hot water or extremely freezing cold water. There was not an even warm water to use. TV Remote
