Great staff

Breakfast options were limited, sheets and pillows could be upgrade and the bathroom could be more modernized, etc

They had rooms available

The rate was double the amount, due to graduations and mother's Day. weekend. Beds were hard, not comfortable Way over priced for the location

in the town we were visiting. Upgrade to jacuzzi tub was nice.

room was close to the equipment room and some kind of pump and laundry was going all night behind our room which was definitely a disruption of sleep. We have stayed here before in other rooms and it was quiet so it was just limited to this room I think.

Refused to work with me on refunding my second room due to the person who was suppose to travel with me death. Put me in a handicap room next to the lobby and breakfast room which was very loud.

It was very nice and clean, had a real homey feeling because of the entire staff, good hot quick breakfast!

The plumbing needs to be worked on. The first room had a broken toilet. Second room had a leaky shower faucet and no drain plug. I did mention these items upon leaving. Hopefully they got fixed.

The hotel was very clean. Surpassed expectations for cleanliness. The breakfast was decent and the staff was great. The pool looked nice. Nice area with conveniently located restaurants and gas stations.

The hot breakfast should be placed on the buffet bar. It wasn't immediately clear where it was, because you have to go into a little room where a lady serves you. Ran out of eggs/bacon an hour before it ended. Breakfast should go to 10:00 am too.

We arrived early after driving all night from Dallas and the lady at the front was great and allowed us to check in early so that we could clean up before spending the day with our son.

The room was nice. The night front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance crew was great. Very nice, good customer service.

The morning front desk training supervisor was very rude and provided negative customer service. She made the whole stay uncomfortable and not a location that I would want to visit again. I did not feel welcomed by her at all.

Courteous staff very responsive to my request for an alternate room. Breakfast selections included healthy items like hard boiled eggs, yogurt and fresh fruit, not simply a variety of carbohydrates.

Awkward layout of bathroom with sink outside the bath area. Tired furniture, especially the sofa. Lack of any fitness equipment, even the most basic like a treadmill / elliptical / rowing machine.

Bed was not comfortable and when I clicked on my room I clicked on rooms with hot tub and I DId not get it!!!

Comfortable rooms. Above average breakfast for star level. Helpful staff. Can walk to a couple restaurants.

No hot sauce/tabasco option for eggs is the only nitpicking thing I can come up with... ðŸ˜ÅÂ

The staff is very helpful and the always go out of their way for you. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is nice. Breakfast is always good.

Great hotel! It was clean, the staff was friendly, nice breakfast provided, and fast food and Casey's store conveniently located in the parking lot.

Great value for the price. The indoor pool and pool area were very clean. The free breakfast had quite a bit of variety. The staff were very good at providing service. For the star level, I thought it was outstanding.
