I liked the beautiful view of the lake from the deck.

So close to the lake. Boat rentals available. Food available. Pet friendly. It was so close to restaurants and shops. It was the perfect place to stay! We loved the kayak.

The couches needed updates. They sank and were kinda uncomfortable.

The silo bar was awesome. Pool, great. Boat dock and water toys great. The pizza was great.. The cabin was private and quiet. We had a new puppy, and the owners were super nice and accommodating..

Could have used more hot water. On demand only had enough for one shower.

Excellent from walking through the office door to all the interaction with the staff. No issues or conerns. Great amenities two bars on site incredible pizza and burgers. Free fishing kayaks and BBQ girls to utilize. Oh yes the swimming pool and jump pad .

A really great place to escape with everything you need. The cabin was nice, everything worked as expected. It is right on the lake, with a swimming dock, a pool, a marina, kayaks and paddle boards. Two bars. Games. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I hope to come back every year!

If you'd like specifics, just continue reading....Check in was incredibly easy. We were given our cabin, boat slip and trailer parking numbers via text message hours before arrival. The site map was up to date making it easy to find all the spaces. We dropped the boat in first thing, and while parking the trailer, we were met by the owner. I was practicing backing the boat trailer up. Let's just say it took me a minute. He waited patiently talking to my boyfriend as I successfully parked it, in only 4 "resets" He called me by my name, (I booked the room) he introduced himself, and asked if we were finding everything ok, or if we needed any help. We said we were good, thanked him for the effortless check in. Our cabin was very clean, had a comfortable bed, with 4 pillows (2 soft, 2 firm) towels were fluffy, hot water was hot. We had an issue being unable to connect to WiFi. I took a chance and texted the number that sent my details. To my surprise, I received a text rather promptly, informing me, they reset the routers and had tech support on the phone and they were coming out the following morning and apologized for the inconvenience. When I awoke, WiFi was working great. I didn't try the food, at either place, or the pool. But the menus looked great, people were eating and having drinks, nobody was loud or obnoxious. The pool was crystal clear, it's re balanced with chemicals and vacuumed every night. If you've read this far, I hope you consider this place for your next getaway. It's family friendly, they have some type of water "activity" going into the lake that floats, coming sometime this month. 100/10 would recommend. We do several tournaments every year, and will be returning here for every one.

Buddy's has its own "small community" atmosphere. It has all of the amenities that we were looking for. Very friendly staff. Our room is exactly what we anticipated. We immediately booked Memorial weekend when we got home from our 4/25-4/26 visit. This is an amazing facility, all the way around. I wish them all the success in the coming years. --Stacy Eastwood

We were looking for a great staycation at lake of the Ozarks. And we have always heard good things about this place. It was so quiet and so perfect we decorated the cabin for Christmas and had family come over to enjoy the lake while we grilled and while it being 50° outside ! We fished on the dock and we played Christmas music! ? It was everything we wanted, literally in our backyard! The owners are kind, funny and helpful I

There wasn't many things that I didn't like. There wasn't any shampoo. But I know we were early! There wasn't many comfortable places to sit, nor were there dressers to place our clothes.

Horrible mattress and dirty dishes

The mattress was horrible, sunken in on one side. We were miserable. Come on Buddy’s! We were only in the room to sleep, but the mattress was long overdue for a replacement. The coffee pot and cups were dirty. Renters are supposed to wash dishes before checking out, but Buddy’s could have at least checked to make sure.

People were nice. The grounds were ok. The pizza and hamburger and fries we had were good. The bed was comfortable. The place was clean.

Not really what you'd call a "resort". We couldn't park where we were supposed to due to a "broken down" truck in the way. Everything shut down before its scheduled time except the lounge. No vending machines for beverages. Our TV didn't work. I called after the office closed at 5:00. I called the after-hours number, but no one came until halfway through the next morning to fix it. No coffee for the coffee maker and the convenience store closed before posted closing time, so we were unable to have coffee for the morning. Maybe all these things happened because it was Friday the 13th? We left a day early and went to another resort and just ate the cost of that 2nd night at Buddy's.

Everything on site and access. So many options, very Cool.

Not enough shelves in the bathroom or towel rods. Little more lighting, check for voltage that are blown out. Quiet time at 10 but the bar and gaming room I thought would be open until 11. I would prefer 11 and change your advertisements to read 10 instead of 11. Overall had a wonderful time will come back again.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. My son discovered he enjoys kayaking which was cool. Pizza at the lounge was delicious. The vibe is very relaxed. The pool was great, and the bar staff was very accommodating. We hope to come back, great find!

Everything met our expectations - our original cabin had an issue with the water heater and the owner, Oscar responded quickly to move us to a different cabin. Thank you!

Staff and owner very nice and willing to make our stay perfect. Homemade pizza at the restaurant was wonderful!

It's just personal preference...probably liked the openness and view of the lake better before Silo, but others probably really enjoy the Silo bar.

Phenomenal staff and facilities. Incredible hospitality, from music to pizza to housekeeping.
