- Desk personnel were always willing to help in any way
- Free, convenient, covered, secure parking. 10 AM end time for the continental breakfast (previous place had 9 AM deadline). Step-in shower instead of a tub.
- Location was great.
Cons -
- Needs better signage for the stairs. I dislike following the lazy American way of taking elevators up ONE floor (I am native Texan). Minor disrepair of corner sheetrock in bathroom of room 240. The water was too soft -- took forever to rinse soap off.
- Water damage in the bathroom. Shower curtain was too short for the tub.
- The broken air conditioner The exact same breakfast every day
