The rate was the best for all the stays of a 12 day road trip.

Apparently maintenance is an issue. The bed I initially selected in the room collapsed when I sat down so I moved to the other bed. The smoke detector began chirping at 4:00a as though it needed a new battery. This was my day to "sleep in". Nope!

Good breakfast, good coffee

The room smelled like wet dogs. The treadmill is very small and rickety, seemed unsafe for older adults.

It was clean. Room was large and bed was comfortable.

Walls were thin. Could hear a lot of unwanted noise. Other patrons were noisy. Parking lot was very icy and it didnt look like anything had been tried to remedy that. Breakfast wasnt much.

Price. Location. Breakfast. Nice room

Convenient location

Short staffed. We stayed 3 nights and not once did our room get cleaned. No towel exchange or bed made - no one even entered the room. Very disappointed in this hotel stay.

The location and the breakfast and the staff was great.

The beds in the room were hard as concrete and needed to be replaced. The mattresses were broke down inside. Did not get sleep because of the mattresses in room 306. Also, the pool was closed.

Leaving got several things stolen out of my room by staff

No hospitality at all just out and out rude!!!! Absolutely no customer service or skills at all!!!! Left two days early because of it!!!

Clean. Had microwave and fridge

Pool was closed. Charged $20 for dog. That was unexpected as this was first trip with dog.

The beds were comfortable and it was quiet

One of the reasons I booked was they had a indoor hot tub. But it was closed down. The guest laundry dryer did not dry as it should. It was $1.75 per load for 60 minutes of drying time. I had 4 load and it took me almost 7 hrs. It took 2cyvles per load

It was close to the event we were attending, free breakfast, room was relatively updated.

Parking is limited if you're pulling a trailer. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The pool and fitness center were padlocked.

Well located, extremely clean hotel, right off of i70. I was impressed with how maintained the room was, and had a good night's sleep. One of those hidden gems that actually give you what's advertised.

Did not clean room or take out trash,they saw I was having trouble with suitcase and didn't even offer to help not for older adults

The bed was broke and there were ants all over in the room. And the pool was not working which is why we chose this motel in first place for the pool!!

They told me the pool was closed for Covid by city rules. So we stayed when we saw the status of their pool we question if that was true. So we called 3 other locations with in 5 mile all said pools were open. They will say anything lie or not.

Pool was closed and was one of main reason I rented the room. Did not say while I booked the room that the pool would be close.

They did a poor job of cleaning the room, found things on the floor, did not have pillow cases on the pillows. Did not have water at the breakfast bar.

Great breakfast

Clothes from previous guest was in drawer. AC had challenge to keep up. Dog was louder next door.

Comfortable room, excellent location. Excellent tv excellent shower with glass doors. Good room size.

Not enough electric outlets and those that are there are not in convenient locations. No usb charging connections.

The hotel was close to the wedding we were attending.

Our room smelled like mildew and there was a dime sized red stain on our duvet. We did have the sheets changed and the staff was very friendly.

It was really clean and staff was exceptional

The pool was broken and the waffle maker wasnt working
