Nothing! I will never stay at one of your hotels again

Yes, I did not like the fact that there was a urine in my ice packet and it ruined the drinks that I had in my cooler after I dumped the ice in and did not realize it was there. The staff said that the room smell like smoke and I do not smoke

Easy on and off location, firm but comfortable bed, good towels and great shower! Breakfast was good enough. Staff were very helpful and overall would stay here again. Very quiet when I was there.

It looks like they have done some updates but the place really needs a deep cleaning. Air freshener was in overdrive in lobby and my room.

One of the noisiest hotels I have stayed in. Trucks coming and going all night. When we checked in there was a man complaining about no hot water. The desk clerk never apologized. No warm water in the hotel the next morning either.

Value of hotel, friendly people.

Continental breakfast...lactose intolerance..could only eat banana & coffee.

Right off the interstate.

The room smelled like smoke, the it was loud late and into the early morning hours.

The persons I dealt with at the front desk were very courteous.

Definitely in need of some TLC. The appearance of the front entry looks pretty neglected as you walk up. Bathroom walls in need of some repair work.

Found a bedbug in my bed after I had already checked for bugs, staff kicked me out at 11:30pm with no hotel and no room, still have not been refunded for it either

Location; that's about it.

A/C was inferior; room not very clean; bed not very comfortable. $50.00 overpriced.

Breakfast was poor, and dripping bathtub faucet.

We got a great room assignment right by where our car was parked and had a lot of stuff to carry in and out so that was really nice. Checkout was easy, room had space and was nice. Great experience.

Hotel staff was able to get me on the 1st floor as there is no elevator here.

Good room and breakfast and expected value for the price. Receptionist booked our four rooms right next to each other.

Did not have an elevator (my mother in law recently had hip surgery), it took the receptionist 8 minutes to check us in for four rooms, significant road noise from the highway.

It wasn't their fault that in the morning a construction site hit the water main and we had no water that morning. Ran out of coffee and anything mixed with water. Everything else was great.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was represented to be like Holiday Inn Express or Best Western. It was misrepresented. The bed had bed spreads rather than duvets & blanket underneath was dirty. Was tired, just slept & got out.

The room was a nice size.

Our room was next to the back door on the north and that was noisy every time someone came and went.

This hotel is above a 2.5 star rating. It was very clean and beds were quite comfortable. No bad smells or mold. Had frig and microwave. That's all I need.

Breakfast could have been better, but had some hot items. It's what you'd expect for a hotel like this.

Clean quiet room with all of the amenities you would expect. Breakfast was nice and parking convenient.

Access from Interstate was a bit confusing, but not a real problem.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, had a fridge and Served its purpose.

The location was a little inconvenient but worth it for the price

Friendly staff, convenient location on Rt 70 and updated, clean rooms. Good value.
