Beautiful hotel and room. Safe neighborhood. Friendly staff

The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival.

The hotel and room was clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable.

The shower is lousy; hardly any pressure.

Hotel felt brand new and very modern. Loved the hydration stations, the beautiful gym, laundry machines and vibrant bar area.

It's a little bit outside of St. Louis so the location may not be ideal for all but it's right off the freeway and the overall experience makes up for it.

The facility was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were easily available and helpful. This is a beautiful and well-kept hotel.

Location access was excellent. Great and safe location. Free parking, eatery on site. Quit hotel and traffic. Decor was nicely appointed. Very spacious near other entities. The room was nicely appointed.

I Didn’t like the fact that booked with one price and they are charging me other and when they answered me they called me a different name, they didn’t bother look the correct name to answer me. That killed the whole experience for me.

Room was clean and comfortable, a bit fancy, even. Staff was friendly. We didn't spend much time in the room but it was nice and comfortable.

there was a bit of confusion with payment during check-in and check-out that could have gone a little smoother, but the staff was friendly and helpful and it all worked out well.

The air conditioning was very loud coming on and kicking off. We were there for a softball tournament and I personally think for the price of the rooms you should get free breakfast and not have to pay $16 per person if you want to eat.

The location, the staff were friendly, and it’s a beautiful hotel. It’s very clean and very well taken care of and the rooms are modern with a very modern lobby. An open feel and it’s classy and in a great area. The staff go above and beyond to help you and provide great customer service.

The Internet was horrible. It kept cutting in and out, and I couldn’t use my phone for a great portion of the time I was there. to be fair I’m not sure how much of this is in the hotels control but it was very inconvenient

We love the location and cleanliness of the property. The in house bar is also a nice addition that we enjoy. Size of the rooms are great and have everything you need.

room needed a fan,only 2 little bottles of water, tv didn't have any good stations, for the price should have better viewing.

We didn’t see the sign for the breakfast and the lady just made us up a ticket and it was $27!! We had no idea it was extra since we missed the sign that was out. Perhaps you could figure out another way to make sure your guests know prices of menu and ways to pay.
