It had air conditioning.
Location
The price and the staff was very friendly.

Cons -

Hard to maintain even temperature
Did not feel safe. Fix the deadbolt. The area and other clientele were shady. No coffee in room breakfast was non existent and didn?t start until 8 .
Use the fetal position to use the toilet. And sleeping on a ground is what the bed felt like.
