Our room key was given to another person whom stole something and had to switch rooms

Easy access from the freeway

Always were extremely hot and humid. Room only had one large towel when we got there and was told they wouldn't have any more until the next morning. Two people needed two towels. Kleenex box was empty. NO BLANKETS!!??! JUST SHEETS!

Nothing . Dirty beyond description.

Plumbing clogged up, carpet greasy and filthy, holes in the wall, worst hotel I’ve ever stay at.

From the time we pulled into the parking lot, I regretted the booking. The hotel was truly disgusting. Even worse than the lack of cleanliness was how unsafe we felt. My three year old cried and said she didn't like it. I stayed awake all night in fear.

This was worst ever,nothing, you should not be associated with this place.

no towels in room,cig burns on blanket covering dirty sheets,phone & coffee maker unplugged,coffee maker didn't work no condiments, breakfast not stocked, unfriendly,dirty,scary

The front desk gentleman was nice and accommodating tried to make it better. But we didn’t stay it was too bad.

The condition of the hotel it self! The abandoned hotels all around it.

Poor quality beds, room didn't seem clean.

Tv worked half of the time, bathroom was not clean, curtain rod falling off, floor dirty in the room and bathroom....wasted my money was not comfortable

The front desk lady was nice but the place is disgusting. I immediately requested a refund. Yuck

The bed collapsed when I got in. The carpet was dirty and sticky. The curtains didn't completely cover the window. The shower was filthy. The waffle dispenser broke Sunday morning. The orange juice dispenser didn't work Saturday. One of the worexperiences

Everything: First we had a problem with getting our rooms. The rooms had not been cleaned. They advertised a indoor and outdoor swimming pools, which was a lie. When my grand kids look back on this trip, they will remember how horrible the hotel was.

Very close to the airport and stores.

Very rude staffs.The building smells.the rooms smells and dirty.The housekeeper they have is very lazy.the room that was given to me looks like someone throw up and the left it to dry on the carpet.

When we left at 4am because we could not stand it anymore.

Booked non-smoking. Placed in what smelled like a dirty ashtray. Second, there was dried puke on the floor, repaired bullet holes in wall and cigarette burn holes in the bedspread. Banging on door, dirty socks left in room. We felt unsafe.

Location and the price were great and ample parking and safe location

The cleanliness were not great,I went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies and the carpet is very dirty and the furniture need updating

I liked leaving this hotel the best. Was a horrible hotel. Filthy dirty noisy. Trash in the hall says. Room that are not fit for occupation.

Staff was rude and lost my reservation. Room was not made up first night. Filthy right rooms and hallways. Sticky bathroom floor. Loud people. I felt dirty after a shower. No towels in rooms. Would never stay here if I was being paid. Stay away!

The entire building smelled like pot and cigarettes. Seemed like families were living in some of the rooms. The carpet in the halls had not been vacuumed in weeks. Breakfast was empty except for a few slices of bread. Toilet in room did not work.

Dirty. Hypodermic needle on the floor of my room, dust covered roach, so that tells you it was there for a long time. It smelled awful and someone walked around the hotel slamming doors from 2:30am-6:30am when we finally decided we had enough

NOTHING-not enough room below to tell everything wrong, hotel does not even deserve a "1" rating!We travel a lot to visit our children, this was the worst we've ever encountered.We were so tired we made the best of it,you don't make it easy to complain!!!

-dirty bathtub -no TV remote - TV was on when we walked in the room, no manual button to turn it off, had to unplug from wall - looked like someone had laid on one of the pillows -had to wear our shoes because the carpet and the bathroom floors so dirty

It was TERRIBLE

Only 1 working light. Writing on multiple surfaces. DIRTY bathroom. No maid service in 3 days. Unvacuumed. Staff said they would take care of things and never did.

i like the employee by the name of max. he he very nice, respectful, and a model employee.

room availability sucks sometimes. never any towels when i check in, but max always fixes that.
