Comfort Inn St. Louis Airport

Very clean, fast check in, and the staff were very nice.

Breakfast was very cold .. Bisquit was hard .. Eggs cold . gravy cold

The rates, the staff, the cleanliness, breakfast, and the deposit. These things keep me coming back to this hotel anytime I'm in St. Louis.

The quality of room can be great or poor depending on the room you're assigned.

The hotel is very clean even in the hard to reach areas! Hotel staff is top notch very friendly and helpful and seemed to be readily available at all times! I would highly recommend Comfort Inn St.Louis - Airport

Parking is at a minimum! Small parkinglot

First of all, as soon as you walk in it smells excellent! The people next to my room thought it would be a good idea to play loud music after midnight, I went down and told the desk manager and within seconds it stopped so I could sleep.

The comfy bed and the breakfast

The housekeeper left dirty towels hanging behind the bathroom door but it didn?t bother me. I?ve stayed here twice so far.

The hotel lost power on the last night I was here

The hotel list power and did not make any accommodations for the guests

I was told I could not stay there because I had pet with me and absolutely no animals ate allowed. My dog is a service animal. Never once did he ask was she a service dog; he just said no animals allowed.

Large room size

Bed hard, towels few & THIN as in bare spots. Couldn't get shuttle info from front desk & had to Uber to airport. Clerk ignored "certain" guests while she served others who came to desk AFTER. It was very noticeable, saddening & rude. Never again!

Not much

There was no airport shuttle so had to get a cab. There were no vending machines. I just wanted a soda. Overall I was very disappointed and would not stay here again.

Room was clean, bed compfy

We stayed two nights, second day only thing they did in the room was pick up towels and leave one new towel for two people. We went to breakfast at 8:30 and close to nothing there to eat. Staff had no uniforms are name tags so it was hard to tell who was

Easy to get to.

Room smelled like a hamster, limited close parking, and they ran out of a lot of breakfast items by 8am-including coffee! Didn't see staff around.

Clerk was not at desk when checking in. Waited 5 min, then had to call hotel via phone to get his attention.

The shuttle service, the friendliness of the staff.

No bar soap in the bathroom.
