- I liked the little name brand details, i.e. soft Kleenex, Tide detergent given to you, Scott paper towels provided, a sponge and Palmolive, a laundry basket in the laundry area. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
- The hotel is set off from all the commercialism of busy Branson--and yet offers close access. I also liked that the king room was set off from the kitchen and living room, offering privacy.
- The grounds were well kept and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room size was perfect for our group. Would definitely stay again!
Cons -
- There were terrible touch up paint and caulk jobs in the room, carpet tack strips were showing, a door lock was not working, not super quiet, and the indoor pool was closed 2 of 3 days we were there and very cold. Had air conditioning parking lot view.
- I wish the poolside restaurant was still open, it should stay open until the outdoor pool closes. Mama could?ve used a nice beverage while playing with the kids in the pool!
