- The hotel/room was unacceptable for the rate charged. Dust on the backs of furniture, lamp shades on backwards/off centered, outdated, landscaping overgrown/unkept, rooms smelt smoke/urine, half of my family was ill after sleeping there.
- The air conditioner didn?t work and when the front desk was notified we were offered a fan. The manager said it was cool enough outside! There were cobwebs everywhere and a spider that fell out of the bathroom vent onto us when getting out of the shower.
- The charge to use the gathering room was --- for 3 hours because it would have to be cleaned. We cleaned it before and after. The next morning the garbage has not even been taken out.
