The restaurant is closed and website says open. Same thing with the pool. No hot water in the shower

Rude and nosey front desk ppl also charged for our service animal when we told were weren't going to be charged for the dog

The pool was never open, it smelled like cigarettes and dog urine, the white comforter has what appeared to be blood stains in it.

I love the staff! They always make me feel welcome!

The room I was in hadn't been updated and there wasn't a microwave.

This hotel is beautiful and safe. I booked last minute because the hotel I originally looked was unsafe and filthy. My dog loved it

Free Wi-Fi and then a swimming.

Wi-Fi never worked during 2 day stay and then the pool was closed due to maintenance I understood the 1st time but 2nd time No because the pool light just popped out while we were lucky to finally able to swim for a whopping 10 min. Generous rate given😞

Very neat ambiance. Perfect location between the two hockey rinks we needed to be at. And the staff was very friendly.

The pool was cold, we found ants in our room and the window blind didn't go down all the way so we couldn't block the morning sun coming in.

Bugs crawling in cracks of ceiling, rusty chair. Burn holes from meth use in the carpet. Rusting in the bathroom. Plastic on the fridge broken at the bottom, TV is many many years old. I took pictures of the issues as well

The pool was closed the whole time, the smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana were all over the place, which was very unpleasant.

The staff was really friendly and nice.

Bed bugs. I killed 2 of them and found another two at 3am. Had to move to another room. Pool was closed.

This is NOT a 3.5 star hotel at all and it was not very clean and felt like it was very dingy and old

The front desk receptionist Anita was a sweetheart

The hotel was so bad that I had to check out less than 2 hours after getting there and finding a new hotel. They are trying to go for a vintage look, but it was old. I requested to speak to the manager, but she was busy and still hasn?t called me back.

Mold in bathroom, pool room floor with peeling g layers of paint. I was told there were no microwaves when I called, amd there was microwaves to use on each floor. Ceiling had a large area of the popcorn spray missing , upholstered bench had large stain.

The old fashioned style of the room! And the overnight staff she's awesome.

Price of food & beverages

The old food I found in the fridge. Fridge was Luke warm at best, lighting in the room was horrible, took over 7 minutes to get hot water.

The staff was helpful and polite (over the phone and in person).

The description I read before purchasing was completely inaccurate. There were no "spa" amenities at this property and the supposed "fitness center" only had 3 cardio machines (which weren't in full working condition; one of which wouldn't even turn on).
