Dirty and old. Hardest water ever.

The location and the fact that my room was accidentally canceled, and they gave me a new reservation and hopefully didn't get charged twice, and they gave me the same price that the one that was cancelled was for.

I couldn't seem to get the heat on, and it was very cold because of that, and the bed was really too high, and I could hardly get up on the bed without straining, and they could have had some cups, I had to stand under the faucet to rinse my teeth.

was not able to get my cash deposit back in morning when i checked out as employee didn't have access to safe, so i had to return later

The staff was willing to work with us

The room was disgusting. Their were stains all over the bedding along with some holes. The tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Everything just had a layer of grime on it. There were spiders and cobwebs in all the corners.

Quiet.Comfortable bed. Nice shower.

Desk chair and recliner rough condition. Very limited breakfast.

Location near a cute downtown

Stong cigarette smell in all non smoking areas; very noisy rooms

Had a nice restaurant next to it

Gave me a room I did not ask for. I wanted a queen and he gave me a king. So my room was more expensive. Then my toilet didn?t work and the TV was very confusing.

The location was good

The heating system doesn't work. The staff except one person who checked me in the first day , are rude. Poor customer service.

Hot water was hot

Black mold above shower. Bed shaped like a half pipe. Dog barking at midnight.

The day staff was excellent.

The room wasn't very clean. Bathtub has dirty, blood stains one of the bed spreads, spill down wall. Heat not working very well. Tried requesting receipt upon checked out but was told no.

Dirty, exposed electrical, insufficient heat. Loud guests until 530 am

We asked for a microwave in our room from the first night we were there and never got one after being told they would get us one! At night the hallway would smell like a snuck when we opened our door!!

Heat was not working, gave me a space heater for the second night, breakfast was waffles only noting else

Did not have our 2 reserved and paid for rooms due to a water problem. Options did not work well for our group. Bed linens were dirty, blood stained and there were foreign objects in between the sheets! No water, juice, cold cereal breakfast.

Location

A lot of criminal activity going on at this hotel, fights going on, people out yelling, drunks and drug use happening. Never again!!! This place needs to be cleaned up.

Price

When Iade reservation it was for a king room with hot tub. When I checked in she said they had to give me two queens and no hot tub, I said there wasn't any hot tub rooms, she said yes, but we would have to pay an extra $50! Bait and switch...

Location

I booked a King a week prior. When I checked in there were none left. Both beds in my room were so used that they were permanently indented where people had slept. VERY uncomfortable. Pillows were garbage. Toilets were garbage. No vending. Never Again!

The clerk was super Polite.

The Linen was dirty, and a dirty towel was left in the bathroom hanging up on the shower rod.

Nothing, This place was absolutely disgusting. I never write reviews but this one was definitely needed. I originally booked a king room and when i got there the lady told me they had no rooms left and we had to get a double. I looked past that, but upon

entering the room it was soo filthy. I found a large toenail on my bed and you could tell the sheets had not be changed. Hair all over the room that you could tell was very obviously not clean from the last occupant. Very filthy i would NEVER recommend !!

Staff was friendly and quick, room was perfect, location was easy to get to, they even let us check in early. Terrific hotel
