Getting a refund for being overcharged

The staff were incompetent and couldn’t print receipts or provide any breakdown of up charges taken. We’re told we moved rooms and we stayed in same room. When that didn’t work it was because are room was handicapped. I am disabled. Daughter is disabled??

Housekeeping could be improved. There was dried BM in the toilet bowl and the bed smelled of perfume. Not sure the sheets were changed.

Hotel bed linen never Changed and filthy pillows I had to remove and request some linen and it is a good thing after experience to travel with all the things I need. Toilet was dirty also

the staff was great

there was no pool, no dishwasher, no dish for the cook top or dishes to use. no basket for dirty towels no shuttle to events and no free breakfest!!!

There was a lot of confusion at checkin. The checkin person was confused who we were, the cost paid, the amount of beds in the room. There was only vending machine breakfast so we needed to go to a REAL motel to get breakfast. Plumbing leaked in shower.

Cleanliness

We booked a room with 2 queen beds and only got 2 full size beds with almost an hour wait to get our room

It is near my work so its is convenient when the weather is bad.

The TV did not work. Then room did not appear clean. The bed sheets looked used and wrinkly. The towels in the bathroom were dirty. There was hair all over the bathtub.

I liked the hotel since it was brand new and close to Mystic Casino. The beds were really comfortable with rooms complete with the usual ameneties such as tv, kitchen, large fridge, coffee maker. Really nice bathrooms too.

So the hotel was having a problem with their internet shutdown. I was fine with the wait, but it was like an hour and some of the staff were not too friendly or saw me and my guest as a problem. Naturally we were upset, but were patient.

The convenience and the price

The walls and floors are thin. The people above us stomped around until 3am and then back at it by 730am. It was terrible and cause me to lose sleep. The pillows are too big. If you are going to put 8 pillows in a queen room, put a variety of pillows.

It was clean and ready for me and my cat during our cross country travel. Felt like home (I know it¿s a cliché).

I guess I was disappointed with the limited breakfast options. Also the construction made it a little difficult to get to the hotel. Those were minor inconveniences though.

The other guests were like elephants parading.

Hotel employee who waited on us when we checked in was awesome. Very helpful and nice. Very clean, big fridge and stove.

The beds were really hard. Woke up with a backache both mornings.

This hotel is not a 3 star hotel as you had it rated. It was an average hotel with no pool and no breakfast. Not even coffee! I have booked nicer hotels with priceline for considerably less.

Great hotel. Loved having a kitchen in our room!

The staff was very warm and welcoming. The rooms were absolutely clean and overall it was a nice stay.
