Very clean hotel

Breakfast wasn?t very good. Not many choices, very limited.

Clean room, friendly front desk, good breakfast, and comfortable bed. Shower was good water pressure and I liked the items attached to the shower wall rather than small items.

I very much liked this hotel,but the standard room I received on the 4th floor did not have a fridge or microwave and no technology supports such as USB ports by the desk or nightstand. Maybe other rooms did but I didn't get what I was expecting.

Very clean, great location.

Need some adhesive grip tape in shower. There was a bar to hold on to but even with that it felt somewhat dangerous in the shower once the soap and conditioner started.

The bed

They claim to be a green company but yet they hand out bottled water, invest in a reverse osmosis system instead. A room costs 165 and no frig or microwave. Pool cold, breakfast not impressed.

Yes, there was a dirty bar of soap left on the shower shelf. Makes me question the cleanliness.

The breakfast staff were great. It was your basic continental but good enough to get going.

The pool was closed.

It was close to everything, nice surroundings. Great breakfast, good choice, everything was stocked and clean. Room was clean, nice decor, bed and pillows.

The room didn¿t have exhaust fan, would have been nice to have small fridge, and microwave to keep things cold. Didn¿t want to go back to lobby to use microwave. Last time we stayed, we left at 4:00 AM and they gave us a breakfast bag.

I didn¿t like that the website said there was an open pool only to get there and be thoroughly disappointed that the pool was closed. I will not return because of that.

I had requested a handicap room for my Mom who is in a wheelchair and she was unable to get over the threshold to get into the bathroom and was also unable to take a shower due to the fact it was a tub. She only has one leg so was unable to use the tub.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! Room was spacious, beautiful and clean.

The Location. A very good breakfast selection. And the staff was very friendly. It was very easy to check in.

The loud sound that the doors made when they shut. Also in the room the door to the bathroom was hard to shut--like it had expanded.

Quiet, clean

Reserved this hotel because of the pool. Pool pump was out of order so we could not swim there. Told we could go to hotel next door to swim but went and their pool was closed. Disappointing since it was one of the main reasons I picked it.

Our room was not as clean as I would have hoped.

The breakfast had a great hot selection and cold selection.

The room we had was not that clean. It looked to be more surface clean than deep clean. The bathroom sink still had the remnants of a loogie and the back of the bathroom door was in need of a serious wipe down.

Hot breakfast! Scrambled eggs, turkey sausages, two kinds of waffle batter with toppings and sauces, oatmeal, muffins, cold cereal, fruit, juice and coffee. Rooms clean, comfortable and thicker, fluffier comforters. Pool and hot tub.

Staff not real informative. Walls thin as neighbors talking normally can be heard.

There is a building being constructed right next door. Construction work started promptly at 7a on Saturday morning. Not the best way to start a day after a long night.

Great location but very disappointing for a Hampton as far as cleanliness of the room. The pull out sofa was an absolute joke.

Good view on 3rd floor.

Shower was broken. Nozzle just kept spinning. Then in the morning before I woke up, housekeeping just opened my door. Not good. Not privacy and for $--- a night it was rather disappointing.

The bed wastoo soft. The toilet wasn't working. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. The hotel we stayed at last year was cheaper and had both refrigertor and microwave.

They did not provide milk with breakfast. That seemed odd.
