Room size, bed was comfortable

Hotel, rooms, and bedding smelled odd/dirty

I needed a recliner to sleep in and they had one

We weren’t able to have the 1 bedroom room we reserved. I don’t believe it was any fault of the hotel as they said they had to do a deep clean on the room. But they didn’t upgrade us, no they put us in 2 SEPARATE ROOMS. not even adjoining.

Access to area hospital and dining.

It was more "institutional" than we thought it would be. Was not quite as clean as we expected. Not able to control the temperature in the room.

The strobe lights on the ceiling that blinked in the rooms, I realize they are fire safety lights, but they keep me awake. also hall lights through the sides and bottoms of doors. This is always an issue for me. I like a dark room to sleep.

We usually stay here when we travel. The staff is exceptional, the rooms always clean and dusted, laundry facilities are always clean and working properly and a kitchen with all necessities in suites. Highly recommend!

We were here long term (about 2 months total) and the staff is phenomenal!! The location is perfect to get back and forth to Mayo, great food options close, kitchenette in room is also nice if you want to stay in.

No, the stay, for what we needed, worked well.

You cannot request cleaning, they only clean every 7 days. We needed our bedding changed but it was not an option. We were able to talk them into handing us some new sheets and we did it ourselves. We didn¿t have a problem with that

I love the kitchenette. For extended stay these rooms work well and are very close to Mayo Clinic and hospitals.

For two days they had water issues...the water was brown and we could not use. Our daughter has a compromised immune system and a pic line so she could not use the water for anything and the hotel really did nothing to accommodate.

Staff was great. The hotel also offers underground heated parking and shuttle to Mayo Clinic & St. Mary’s and Methodist Hospital. This was greatly appreciated in the deep freeze when we were there. Free laundry, coffee & a great marketplace.

We wished there were more dishes and silverware so we didn’t have to wash dishes evert tie we ate. We are in the room a lot and that was our only complaint, but was an inconvenience more than a complaint.

The cleanliness and the location

At Rochester Minnesota it doesn’t have a covering to pull the car up and load and unload in bad weather

Prime location for easy access to Mayo. One of the cleanest rooms I have ever been in. Very friendly staff.

The room was pleasantly spacious. The bed was comfortable. I love the kitchen. We had all we needed for a great night.

The listing claerly states that it is a DWTN hotel. I assumed we would be staying in the heart of Rochester. This is out 2 miles from town.

The front desk clerk was very efficient and professional.

There was just one thing that prevented me from giving this hotel a much higher rating. The coffee pot in the room (the coffee in the lobby is not available due to Covid) had not been cleaned. The grounds from precious guests were still in the machine.

For a 5 star hotel I expected a pool and in site restaurant

Nice room, kitchen,shower. Only negative- need to invest in better quality bed. My wife and I both woke up sore. Underground parking was a plus. Plan on staying there on future trip. Afffordable.
