How friendly the staff is, the shuttle to the Mayo Clinic is a great perk (as well as quick), the rooms are the perfect size for 2 people to relax, the beds are comfortable, the walking trail is connected to the property, and breakfast.

The staff are wonderful. The hotel is clean and comfortable

The beds where the most uncomfortable and old , and breakfast why do you have your butter super cold it doesn’t go on the product right at all

Cleanliness in the breakfast was not great. Staff unable to keep up with garbage and leftovers that were left behind by other guests.

The breakfast was late. Supposed to start at 7:00 am, staff was putting food out at 7:30. It would be nice to have a microwave to warm up some of the food that was warm (omelets). Breakfast selection is very good, compering to other places we've stayed.

Better than expected-- the room included a large refrigerator, an automatic dishwasher, real dishes and silverware and was very comfortable. Loved that it had a pool , jacuzzi, and fitness center.

This hotel was very clean and up to date. Bed was extremely comfortable. Location was convenient

Nice breakfast. Pool and fitness area a plus. Shuttle was great. Manager was very helpful to resolve an issue. Nice quiet area of hotel. Mall within a block away. Two good food places on property which is convenient.

Everything was great.

The room setup is very strange. Lots of storage and counter space but the kitchen area is SO tiny and right across from the bathroom so the door to the bathroom opens right into the kitchen counter. Only one chair which is strange for a room with kitchen.

The cleanliness was fantastic, the free breakfast was delicious, it was not crowded, and it¿s location is a few miles from downtown and right behind it is a shopping mall. Feel very secure staying here and there is underground parking if needed.

Clerk at desk was very pleasant. Room was large and had all the amenities we needed.

We could tell pets had been in the room; te odor was unmistakeable despite the air freshener and cold temp.

Clean and modern. Large rooms and kitchenette. Dog friendly. Good variety of food for breakfast.

Bed was too firm, woke up with back and hip pain every morning. No hand lotion.

The room was spacious and clean. Location is close to downtown/hospital. Free parking is great.

Hotel itself was great, but customer service was lacking. Ended up staying 4 nights. 3 of those mornings was awakened by housekeeping before 9am, even with do not disturb sign on door. Staff member then tried to blame me for the mistake.

Fantastic night staff. Made our stay pleasant and relaxing. Room and hotel were clean and up to date. I would recommend this property to any traveler and families.
