Kahler Inn And Suites

Location

Dirty carpet, very dirty stained hallways, rude dismissive staff, moldy burned blanket...bad

Easy access to Mayo Clinic thru subway!

All licks were being updated so we had to have our keys fixed several times! Needed more help at front desk!

Location to the Mayo clinic

Older, could use some upgrades, key cards were unreliable

Location across the street from hospital

Elevator and stairs were confusing and difficult to navigate.

Location

Rooms seem dated. Air conditioner unit was old and noisy.

The room smelled like mold, wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the bathtub was dirty, the water pressure tucked, toilet needed to be flushed repeatedly to flush, air conditioner didnt work well, room too hot.

Nice front desk gal. Clean bathroom except for toilet

Proximity to Mayo Clinic Gonda building

The bathroom/toilet/tub area was in need of a makeover (Room 234)

Paying for parking was a surprise, filthy room including pile of hair next to shower in bathroom, rude and uninformed front desk staff. Pool room was very cold and the floors were filthy, including a glob of hair on the drain next to the pool.

The morning breakfast was very good.

A lot of remodeling work being done things in disrepair. It showed his age.

the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. The hotel is very close to Mayo Clinic.

location... was the main point-- right across from Mayo..

dirty--in bad need of updates..

Close to the Mayo subway, great bar and restaurant!

Proximity to Mayo Clinic.

Common areas ALWAYS cold. Forever to warm the room up. Keep the curtains shut & a towel across the top of the wall heater unit to prevent cold air from coming in. Had to put a towel across the bottom of the door to keep the cold from coming in.

Proximity to Mayo Clinic & the free breakfasts they added 10/2/2024.

Getting in and out of the underground parking always feels a little uncomfortable.

Helpful staff, Hotel employee at the CB3 restaurant had a good sense of humor and made our day go by easier, loved the tunnel that went over to Mayo Clinic making it so easy to get to Dr. appointments

the parking

yes. i use a walker and there are many scatter rugs to trip up on.

Location to mayo clinic is the only thing good about this dump, takes me back to the 1970s, sat on the side of the bed and darn near flipped the bed

Everything but location

Friendly staff; location convenient to Mayo Health Care at Rochester MN.

The mattresses need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable. The reception desk staff told me they were in the process of upgrading their mattresses and pillows.

Location to Mayo Clinic

After I checked out, I was found an unauthorized charge of $118 with the description of "Purchase" from the hotel. I have called the hotel accounting department several times, leaving voicemail on the first time. I have heard no response.
