It did have a good location

The pool/water park was closed for repair and was never mentioned at the time of booking. Our stay was shortened because of reduced medical appiontments needed, but no refund was offered for the night we did not stay. Staff was not helpful either.

Good location, friendly staff, large wide hallways, plenty of parking available.

I found the hotel to be very warm. Hallways were much warmer than needed. I could control the temperature of our room but felt heating the hallways that warm was a waste.

Pool area was very cold. Pool itself was a bit on the cool side and hot tub was barely lukewarm. The following morning the common areas and pool area were even colder than the previous day. Very unpleasant shivering walking down the hallways.

The breakfast is amazing, considering. The pool area has plenty things to do to keep the kids busy, a little crowded during state tournaments, but expected. The rooms where a little used and abused, but the bedding was clean.

Only thing I wish they had was an hour of adult only time from like 10pm to 11pm

I did not get a handicapped room for a wheelchair. I needed a sofa bed to get my husband in bed and back to the chair. The bathroom was large and easy for him to access the sink.The sofa bed had no bedding. The staff helpful but they did things their way.

Handicapped entrances/parking at every door. Hotel is three building. Pool in center. Need more vending machines. Carpet in halls is bad. Lumpy. Hard to roll on. Too much furniture. Beds too high even for a normal person. No tv channel guide.

Staff and atmosphere was perfect! Very understanding, very accommodating. I'll book her again and again! One of the only hotels that will rent to a Rochester resident¿¿¿¿¿¿

It's pretty big, lots of walking to get wherever you're going.

Pool was the best feature. Grandkids loved it. Location was close to Mayo.

Older and needed a major refresh. Remodel trash container was in hallway just outside my room. Bathtub drained slowly and was dirty and not cleaned by housekeeping.

The pool was great once it was up and running. The first day it was not.

The breakfast was a disappointment. No syrup for the pancakes. Zero bakery items. And the attendant did not speak a speck of English so communication with her was not possible. We choose the hotel for the pool and missed out on a whole day of it.

The breakfast was very good. Even the egg patty thing was very tasty. My mom was very happy that there was hot tea available. Staff was very friendly. Room was a nice size, and we couldn't hear outside noises. Will stay again.

The kids running the halls to go to the pool were loud and annoying. We could hear our neighbor snoring but didn't hear other sounds from their room.

They were very nice although we were given an incorrect room. We still have not received our deposit back.

Kitty pool was closed until we checked out and slide was not open until after 5 pm We found either flees or bedbugs in our bed .Plan to call today to inform hotel staff .

Besides the overnight front desk lady the staff was rude, I told the guy at the front desk that they were out of pool towels he said "okay and what do you want me to do about it?" None of the housekeepers spoke English

Price was good, breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful and friendly

Our door was not very secure, you could tell it had been broken into and the repair job was not very well done.

The pool is always a great time.

The room had a broken bath tub and a lot of black mold growing on the ceiling above the shower. I was not offered any discount or a new room by the staff. I informed two staff two seperate days.

Yes, I booked a pool view room for my daughters birthday party and on check in I was told by the hotel staff that I would not get a pool view suite. I booked this room specifically for my twelve year old daughters birthday pool party. Total rip off
