Staff was very friendly. Swimming pool was a nice size. Breakfast was good.

Bed was very uncomfortable and the room smelled musty. Made me sick (congested with runny nose). Might have been mold along edge of hot tub.

It had a great pool area

Very dirty, out toilet wouldn’t flush had to wait on someone. Carpet was nasty sat on floor to play a card game with my daughter and litterly had to get up and wash my hands. We got a plush queen room, which was nothing question about those beds.

The staff were the best. Accommodated all my requests, even when they weren't routine. I forgot tableware for my dinner - they got me some. I also needed a very late checkout due to the time my bus was leaving town - they arranged that too.

The arcade was awful, broken games and crane machines with bad prizes. The vending machine next to it didn't work. Beds need rotating, water needs to be hotter. The hotel needs renovations.

The front desk was extremely accommodating

The rooms have a stench like they used to be smoked in, mixed with a men's gym locker room. There where hair in the tub and on my sheets that was not mine

Close to Mayo Clinic with shuttle service. Not new but very clean and well run.

The remotes did not work for either TV. There was one half roll of toilet paper with no back up. (a guest should never need to ask for this basic essential. Breakfast closed on Saturday at 9:00? The room was antiquated and needs updating.

Service was outstanding from the shuttle service, to the restaurant, to the staff at the front desk! We were very pleased/happy with our stay! Would stay here again if we need to be in the area!

Proximity to Mayo Clinic was excellent: within walking distance!

The suite we first received was nice but too musty-smelling (on a basement level); the hotel was able to switch us to the main building which was great!

We stayed in the building for having pets...it was ok..third floor level elevator on the very opposite end.. but all in all it served our purpose !!!

Very walkable area so we could park the car, walk to appointments, groceries, restaurants, Soldiers Field. Beautiful historic homes nearby. Comfortable. Restaurant on sight with lovely patio.

Older hotel but well maintained.

Location is perfect if you are going to Mayo Clinic and they have a shuttle that is very quick to pick up.

They describe the breakfast as if it is a buffet breakfast, but it is just a continental breakfast. At 830 when I went down for breakfast, there was minimal food left and nothing was refilled.

They have all the amenities, great accommodating staff, they allow pets, have laundry, pool, hot tub, game room, breakfast, bar & restaurant, spa, shuttle service.

The pool looked like it could use some good cleaning and some tile work. Also the women's locker room/shower was full of mold and hair. Very gross.

They went out of their way to help me find my charger that I left in the room.

Parking was easier than most hotels in the area and it was free.

This is in NO away a 3 star hotel. Everything was 20+ years old and we had to enter the rooms from the outside which is not convenient when it is -5 degrees and snowing. Very disappointed.

Staff is very helpful. Very close to the clinic and parking is free.

This is not a 3 star hotel. It is 2.5 at most. I am not looking for a run down room with a kitchenette on a business trip. The building I was placed in is not connected to the pool or workout area. Not very convenient.

The shuttle service was excellent- and liked that it wasn't in the midst of the downtown bustle!!

The only thing I noticed was there were places where the drywall was worn so I could tell it was older. And also the shower doors date it and looked worn.

Location and free parking are a plus.

I was given a run down room in a nearby apartment building. It was large but had a noisy air conditioner and smelled terrible. It is similar to a 2 star road house. I assume the get the rating from the main tower hotel which needs renovation.

Free parking and close to the clinic. Twigs restaurant was nice and inside the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Originally got put in a nearby building with suites. It was definitely a 2 star rating and the air conditioner did not work. They moved me to the tower which met my expectations.

The customer service provided by all staff.

I wished that they could accommodate early arrivals or late checkouts better. We a limited on when our flights arrive b and when we arrive early the rooms are not ready or if we leave on late flight than we have to check out early so the rooms get clean.
