Closed to the hosiptal

We book the bottom.level and they gave us the up stair level my so is on life support had to carrie 25 bags up all the stair no elevators and no help.the girl said the lower level is more money asked what it was 98 dollars. That is what we paid. No answer

The hotel was very clean and quiet. It could use a bit of tlc to spruce it up.

The front desk staff was rude & had poor communication.I requested a late check out & it wasn't related to the morning person She called me, had housekeeping come to the room & then she was banging on the door, yelling and trying to open the door.

The suite over a single room

The recliner wasn't comfortable and was hard to operate after surgery

The rooms are big apartment style . Feels more like a home. Clean beds comfortable.

I loved that this hotel room was large!! I had appointments at the Mayo Clinic, and I liked being able to come back and relax in a living area instead of laying on a bed like normal hotels.

This hotel was very outdated. Not all the outlets worked so I spent a lot of time finding areas to charge all my equipment.

The room and the location

Breakfast. No Crambled eggs

The room and bed were excellent. The heater in the room worked really great. It was a very clean room. The woman at checkout was very nice.

The evening/night person at the desk smiled and explained why during my stay, they needed to hold onto a credit card account. Still his explanation was barbed with an undertone of anger. At 75 yrs. old, I don't need passive aggressive, angry sarcasm.

The natural light in the living area

Noise at 10pm and 4pm from others, but that is not there fault.

Nice size room, very good location for Mao clinic

Tried to charge extra for a first floor room , did not have elevator to get up to second floor for handicapped people

Breakfast

Room smelled strongly of cig smoke even though it's a non-smoking room. The front desk staff and other staff are VERY loud. Their voices carry all the way down the halls, both upstairs and down. Very inconsiderate. Ice bucket was cracked in half.

Roomy and affordable

Recliner was peeling and it looked terrible, no recliner would be better than one you are afraid to sit in

The location was goos

The room smelled like smoke and the staff was severely unhelpful

The 2 room suite was large, quiet and the bed was wonderful.

I love the two room suites. These rooms are big and welcoming.

They have definitely done a remodel, but cut corners on replacing refrigerators, the bedroom chair, and recaulking the tub. If they would just do these minor things, it would be beautiful.

Spacious room. Separate living area.

The size of the room

The bathroom was dirty in the first room they put me in the sheets looked like they weren't clean and in the second room I had to change the sheets myself

This hotel is exceptionally clean, the suites are very roomy and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. It is a short drive to Mayo Clinic and there is a courtesy bus available also to get to both campuses.

Breakfast is basic, but free. No elevator so make sure you specify ground floor if this is going to be an issue.
